Got this today mixed in with a bunch of old dinosaur toys and such, but for all I know...could be more modern. Made of soft plastic with a decent amount of paint apps...no markings. Doesn't look familiar to me, but I'm just curious. He's up for trade if you want/need him!

TMNT had micro playsets that might have been in. Kind of reminds me of the lager versions they had in the line.

I was thinking that...I know the modern Turtles line had a dinosaur-themed sub line but didn't know they made teenie figures like this. I know they had made figures about two inches in height. Something to go on...thanks...I'll hafta look into it for my own satisfaction.

Lol, I'm old so I remembered this line. I worked overnight at Target and during the days at Toys R Us back in the early to mid 90's and stocked all sorts of tmnt crap.
