I know a few members around here collect Madelman, I finally got around to picking up a bunch of these guys MOC - Batrus and 7 of the figures. Having them in hand, you can really see how similar the body style are to the straight arm Joes. Of course the Zarkons (bad guys) are the cooler looking figures from the line, but I do like the vehicles as well. www.yojoe.com/archive/actfig/madelman.shtmlMost of my cardbacks are separated to a certain degree. Bought them to hopefully open one day anyway. Had read somewhwere awhile back about the second series stuff - anyone got any connections in Spain where they are from?

Hey, I have all the series One figures and I'm from the UK.....The robot that comes with one of the MadelMen goodies reminds me a bit of No-No from the old Ulysses 31 cartoon.....

That would be from Madelman 2050, a Spanish line. Especially the bad guys are cool - the heads are magnetised so that when a good guy comes close, the head will flip from human to monster.

Wouldn't call it terribly expensive, it's just that it's a Spain exclusive, so if you live Stateside shipping will likely be more than the price for the figures... Here's some shots from my own figures I picked up not too long ago.

I have two of the vehicles, none of the figures (yet). Here's my pics: www.flickr.com/photos/microbry/sets/72157611341096903/Corey Stinson of SmallJoes.com has a nice page on the toyline: www.madelman2050.com/ I've seen some great prices on the vehicles and the playset occasionally but as mentioned, shipping from Europe is an arm and a leg. These two I got lucky on and still paid a good chunk in shipping nonetheless. Fortunately they were two of the three or four I wanted most.

oh man, that falcon is a must have! nice archive-style photos microbry. and the madleman link is very helpful. i'm drawn into this line! i love figures that have super-bright (extra points for neons!) colors, and aside from my motu-style collecting, i'm all about the 3.75" stuff. looking forward to obtaining some of these figures in the future...
