I intend to keep this guy along my M-Force Military Muscle collection of Rambo Knock-off, but the thing is that he look exactly like one of those, only shorter. He's marked © 1991 MEL APPEl LTD Made in CHINAMy other M-Force only have a Made in Hong-Kong mark. I put two regular M-Force guys (the tall ones) for comparason: Thanks for looking!

Does he have sound? I noticed the tiny holes in his back.

Awesome figure! I had heard whispering once upon a time on another thread (I think anyway) that there were smaller figures of these molds. I am interested in what you find out!

Does he have sound? I noticed the tiny holes in his back. I first thought so, but I didn't fnd any button or such device to activite it. My guess it's that it was to insert a backpack a bit like the screw hole on the back of 3 3/4 G.I. Joes. My theory anyway. He have similar hole on the side, one of the hips and one on the upper thigh, again my guess is that it was for connecting accessories...

That guy in the middle is from a series that had a backpack or some such device that when activated emitted "battle sounds" of some kind or another. I've only seen that line once before. It was in an ebay listing from the UK. I believe that series was called something like (and I'm not 100%) Sky Dogs-or something to that effect. They all seemed to rock those battle mullets with 5 o'clock shadows. Kind of a scaled down M-Force looking series.

Are there two M-Pact lines? I have a line called M-Pact that I have now completed, but none of the figures look anything like that. The ones I have are from the early 90's also and have the talking backpacks as well. I'm thinking your fig is something else.

Aha! But do you have the M-Pact figures with the backpacks talking sentences in DUTCH??? Are there two M-Pact lines? I have a line called M-Pact that I have now completed, but none of the figures look anything like that. The ones I have are from the early 90's also and have the talking backpacks as well. Maybe, I do have some foreign versions of the figures. In the U.S. the cards are M.Pact, overseas they're EM.Pact.

Perhaps I am mistaken. I have this figure in a plastic case (book like). I thought this was M-Pact but I am in doubt now. This series was made in China for Bikin, a Belgian company. All text is in Dutch.

At first glance he does look M.Pact or American Defense, especially due to the T-crotch. I have a figure from both lines with the same body as yours, but both with different heads. Very cool figure.

You know, I hadn't even noticed these pics before but this solves a whole lot of puzzles concerning those t crotch figures. Going with the card back, I believe I have all of these. I'm not sure on one of them but positive on the others.

Last Collectors Market in Utrecht (the one where we met), there was a dealer that had about 12 of these figures, new in these plastic boxes. (at 5 euro each). I only bought 1 at first and when I returned the next day, the others had all been sold. Why, o why didn't I buy them all in the beginning. I probably could have received some sort of discount.

Sweet figure! First time I see that one. If you have a spare, keep me in mind =) But if that's Orx and the yellow guy is Daiman, then who's General Veers here?

Apologies for bringing up this old thread! I had about six M PACT figures from when I was a kid and I found 5 carded ones not too long ago at a flea market. I was about 7 years old when the sound FX backpack craze hit in the early 1990s, so I have fond memories of these, even though as a kid I knew all too well that these were far inferior to ARAH. (However, they were heavily discounted, so it was easier to convince the parents to buy me them.)
The back of the card shows two vehicles and a playset. I'm curious if any of you guys know whether these toys saw the light of day. Thanks!
