I was a collector and dealer in action figures for years. Gave up on dealing and collecting because of time restraints. Now I'm not working so hard I'm getting back into it, went back to my first bootsale in ages last week and ive got the bug again. Missed it over the last 13 years or so.I'm reading up seeing what's popular, what's changed, what's worth a mint etc. Where's a good place to get into it or is this it? I have no friends around me that collect deal or have any interest in toys, I live in London though so I imagine there's some toy dealers locally although most of its online now, thanks for reading.

Welcome to the Forum.
I would suggest that if you find something you want to check on values that you go onto Ebay and look at the "Sold" prices (as opposed to the listed prices) as that is likely the best generator of how sales are going. It is not going to tell you what is rare if the item is not shown often, but the popular items will have vast amounts of them selling.
If the item is popular enough, enter the name into a search engine with the word "Forum" and that may give you an idea if there is a site out there that can give you any information on it or if people are talking about it specifically.
