Can anyone name some of the many knock-off MOTU figure lines? Maybe some pics as well? Here are a few I have come across. I will update with pics as I come across them.
Fantasy World by Soma Galaxy Warriors by Sungold Galaxy Fighters

There is at least one by Remco, I can't recall the name of the line though. You could also argue that Blackstar is a ripoff, although the cartoon did come first.

Lost World of the Warlords was the name of Remcos line.

oh uh.......i was gonna start a thread about these hilarious figures. I love all the Remco ones : Warlord, Warrior Beast Etc.
There are some really cool pieces for these knock off line like castles and Animals and Vehicles Etc.
There are bunch of these type of figures on ebay if you hunt around in the MOTU section.
Does anyone have a collection of these they want to show off.

I would have to disagree with Warlord being a MOTU knock-off. These are based off of a DC comic started in 1975. FYI - The name of the Lost World is Skartaris. Remco probably released this line to cash in on He-Man's success, but it's not a knock off.

warlord was and wasnt a knockoff yeah the comic existed before heman. but when all the legal battles were going on with mattel, conan. and remco about who can use the conan name and image. remco decied it would be a good idea to use more related ideas, to keep up with the boom of he-man. the figures had some better ideas than mattel like the hip ball joints over mattles rubberband. but the plastic was cheaper by far. but all in all they stand proudly next to motu figures and fight just as hard battles ever day and night

I don't think of it as a knock-off either even though the figure design is very similar.

Here is a pic of some of the Knock offs I have. They twist at the waist but have no leg articulation.

Here is a pic of some of the Knock offs I have. They twist at the waist but have no leg articulation. Some of them are Galaxy Heroes and Muscle Warriors (basicly the same figures) and some are wrestling knock-offs of a better knock-off wrestling figure called Wrestling Champions.

Anyone ever see these? I guess when Motu was finished in 87 Mattel sold all their molds to a company in Argentina and that company produced these under the name Fuerza T. The thing I find funny about this whole situation is when Mattel did the commemorative sereis in 2000 they had to get on ebay and buy 1 of each of the vintage figs to cast new molds from. If anyone is wondering why the commemorative figs were slightly is this is the reason. I guess it must hard to produce new molds of old gigs. Are these considered rip off knock off`s??

fuerza-t is a great line we have a thread for the line here. american sent molds to alot of places after the fall here. but argentina is the masters of keeping it going strong. india was producing some great he-man peices in the late 90's some of which are worth alot more than any american figure. but these are a great line with some creative ideas and concepts. i wish they were to make more

Next to the big purple ninja at the top, there is a motu/sectaurs hybrid knock-ff. There is another one directly below it towards the bottom of the page. Does anyone know what line these guys are??? They look just like he-man guys painted in sectaurs colors.

They look just like he-man guys painted in sectaurs colors. They are from lazer warriors or lords of insects. If that lot is yours and you want to sell or trade em I'm your man. I could probably use more from that lot
