Captain Scarlett by Vivid Imaginations

I got these two off of ebay UK and have no clue what they are. They kind of remind me like a mix of tron, sub-zero and ermac (the ninjas from Mortal Kombat), and Lampreys (gi joe hydrofoil driver). I threw in a old crap joe figure for comparison. The heads tilt forward quit a bit like they sit low into a vehicle or something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

"Matchbox did the smaller 3 3/4 Inch set

"Vivid Imaginations did the 12 Inch Talking Capt Scarlet,Blue & Black.

The vehicles are "Konami"

the smaller ones you say were matchbox were also vivid imginations matchbox did thunderbirds and stingray.there was also some 12 inch figures one by pedigree in the 60s and 2 by vivid one was electronic
