I have a couple that have the white paint as well. These probably came in a set or something. Lanard is good about tweaking existing lines to sell more figures.

I think the white ones were called STAR force. I believe they were packaged individually

I have a fig that looks very similar to that. No offense to anyone, but he is a member of my "ugly action figures" collection. Whenever I find a fig that is just horrible whether paint, sculpt or whatever, I feel like I need to have it before it just gets thrown away unwanted. Lanard is strongly represented.
