I had been eyeing these for the past couple of months waiting for a sale and finally found them at TJmaxx for 4.99 each, passing the 7 dollar tags at all other stores. These figures are actually pretty sweet with very good articulation and solid molds, so far I only have the Green Ranger and Red Ranger but I plan on picking up the rest if I can find the whole wave. Hey I'll admit to watching the most of the first series back in 1993 when they came out, Amy Jo Johnson was so HAWT back then. If your a fan of 3 3/4 to 4" figures I say go for these cause Ban Dai has improved on their figures here.

I was in Wal-Mart yesterday and bought some new variant Power Rangers 2010. They are the same molds except now they come with clear/crystal like variant colors, a pretty cool find for me since I'm one of the few who likes the line. I did not see any of the females so I don't know if they come the same way and the Putty Patrol and Goldar didn't seem to be any different. Anybody know if they did the same for the females?

What's the quality of these? I'm very intrigued in getting a Lord Zedd and possibly Goldar, but today's toys are more disappointing than ever. Are these flimsy at all? Thanks.

No they are quality figures made by Bandai and my only complaint really is that the hands are just abit oversized for the figures but otherwise great sculpts of the originals. I did see a Lord Zedd on Ebay but cannot find one in stores and Goldar is a nice sculpt but has ZERO articulation and shouldn't hold a title of an action figure in my opinion. I'm only finding these at Wal-Mart now with every other store putting them on clearance awhile ago, even K-Mart. I'm so hoping Bandai does the Ninja Storm and other MMPR lines in this same manner.

Thanks for the heads up on the Goldar. I'll skip that one, but will likely pick up Zedd just because I loved him as a child. I found one loose on eBay but it's the Wal-Mart version without colored-in veins (lame).
If anything, these figures make me nostalgic about the original MMPR run. The big light plastic aliens ruled so much, a lot of the 5.5" figures were great too. The Zordon in the Alpha 5/Zordon line looks laughably bad, so bad I might buy it as a novelty for the way Zordon looks.

Because of this line I won an old Lord Zedd on Ebay and plan on getting a few more of the old villians.

Yesterday I found what just might be Wave 3 if the clear variants are considered Wave 2? I found a new set of Power Rangers except this time all the Rangers were in the Green Ranger mold(his armor) except for the girls which had no change but they did include a disc launcher and all Rangers in this wave now come with a small coin. Out of this Wave I didn't find the Green Ranger which was an enhanced mold from his original. I did find Lord Zedd and he is a completely new mold but I won't open mine till I at least get double. I'm very pleased with what Ban Dai is doing with this 4" line but I want more on new molds and they really need to do the WHITE RANGER!

i picked up the pink. my son has all of the first series, and the dino arm one (series 2?). the red dino arm one is super cool. and yes, these are very good quality compared to most modern toys. bandai rules. i would be very interested to see pics of those clear ones!
i hope a return happens, at least in these figures. i would love to have a complete set-up of "the history of the power rangers" in this 4" format. but i'm guessing the return is dead now. got a ton of these for my son on clearance a few months back and haven't seen anymore filling in the shelves.

Has anyone been lucky enough to find the White Ranger cause he is a VHF figure for me and with the MMPR Samurai figures coming out it's likely that the 2010 4" line is all but done. Can anyone hook a hero up? PS - I hear you can only find him at Rite Aid, can anyone confirm this?

PS - I hear you can only find him at Rite Aid, can anyone confirm this? I'll swing by my Rite Aid tomorrow and check. I've never seen Zedd anywhere. I checked 2 of the local Rite Aid stores and found 2 Power Up Green Rangers but I did find the same figure at Ross as well for half the price. I did find Zedd at Walmart back when they were selling this line but now they have been cleared out since December 2010. The Zedd figure never lasted long on pegs and I was only able to find 2 myself. I recommend to check your local WalMart and if they don't sell this line anymore then there is always Ebay.
