What line is it from? it is datestamped "2006 mattel" and is a red pickup truck/van hybrid looking thing(not sure just what type of vehicle it is) and comes with a water gun that can be mounted on the roof.

Its a Hot Wheel based Transforming vehicle line that included a Cadillac Escalade amongst other vehicles. Thet (as you know already) are NOT Hot Wheel sized though.
Much larger (1:24th scale at the smallest).
