I have been trying to identify a certain figure line from the 80s. They were about 3 inches tall and came with guns, shields and backpacks. They had a shield they came inside that almost looks like a police badge and the different characters were a sailor, a navy diver, a marine, etc. It was literally a badge or shield with an opening in the top where the figure would go. Any ideas?
