The later one are harder to come by:
Action Figures / Wave 6 / 1987 Clamp Champ Gwildor King Randor Rotar Sorceress Blade Blast-Attack Ninjor Saurod Scare Glow Twistoid Buzz-Saw Hordak Mosquitor Snake Face Sssqueeze
Of those above, I'd say Scare Glow, King Randor and the Sorceress are the most sought after by fans and collectors. The 3 movie figure are a tad easier to find than the rest of the list. Twistoid and Rotar are actually pretty hard to come by complete but are not well liked among fans. Of the earlier lines, Faker complete with is sticker complete and still on is one of the harder to come by. Horde Trooper is also more pricey and hard to get, both because of is tie / importance in the cartoon and many collector are using him to build army. Rio Blast, alongside Ninjor and the Man-E-Face variant Man-E-Weapon (that came up with a slay of extra gear), are probably the harder to get complete since they have so many accessories.
The top those, you have to go with the one only released in Europe and thus pretty scarce:
Giants / Wave 6 / 1987 Tytus Megator
Action Figures / Wave 7 / 1988 Laser Power He-Man Laser Light Skeletor
Same figure can count for carded / boxed as well; the three-pack would be the most sought after boxed items. I'm not counting foreigh variant, who can fetch incredibly price and are tryly harde to get. Hope it help!

Dr Bo covered it extremely well, but also obviously the Eternia playset, and I think Bionatops and Tyrantisaurus are fairly rare? And the variants like the black face Grizzlor, the Camo Kobra Khan, etc.

Masters of the Universe is I guess my favorite line.
I can also mention the Meteorbs. Comet Cat seems to fetch the most. I only need two more to complete mine.
Blaster Hawk and Fright Flight are pretty hard to come by. Scubattack and Tower Tools even more so.
Of course Wonderbread He-Man as well!

The monster puppet from the Fright Zone is pretty hard to find now as well.
Most are lost OR deteriorated if found at all.

The impossibe to find is the slime from the slime pit that's not dried up.
All of the above lists are accurate. I have all the figures except twistoid. I am trying to get the accessories I am missing.
Some of the variants to watch for are... Soft heads on faker, skeletor, heman Half boot skeletor Back face grizzlor Red neck rattlor Purple back tung lashor

IMO the most saught after MOTU figures are not always the most valuable. As noted above Peopel cant get enough of the Horde Troopers. Some of the most desired figures are Scareglow, King Randor, and Sorceress as of late. I think the MOTUC line is really driving the vintage prices up.
