I've only had 2 Terror Claws Skeletor and I didnt think of it in the first one. The one I got now got a number under the foot. I've tried googling after it but can't find any info on it. All of them most likely have this number but I want to be sure so I'm asking if all Terror Claws Skeletor have numbers under the feet? I'm asking here because I wouldn't expect an answer at he-man.org. Hopefully someone can help me out quick on this

I think its a Date Code. Kind of like a SKU number and to track when the toy was made, it is part of tracking a product during manufacturing. Not really sure what the rules have been on it previously, but in my toy manufacturing experience, i have seen this being used more, recently.

Thanks so all of them had a number under the feet then? It's the only MOTU figure I've seen this on.

yeah, thats the weird thing...i don't remember many MOTU figs having the marking. I was just looking at my TC Skelly and wondering why i hadn't seen date codes on others

Same here, it was the first time I noticed it. Wonder what made them do this, maybe TC Skeletors different leg construction.

It might be, not really sure. I wonder if it was just a date thing, like laws changing at a certain time/year. I worked at DC Direct for a bunch of years and we only had to start doing it the last 2 years of so. It may be tied to age gradings as well. I can't recall any other toys i have with the date code on it.

I dug up some photos of a Flying Fist He-man I had some weeks back. Lucky the shot was showing the underside of the foot. It also have the markings. Maybe the two Laser Power figures also have it. Edit: Note to myself. Don't write before at least one cup of coffee.
