He-man.org does - lists which came with which figures too.
Some of the Sun-Man figures came with them.

Cosign Muckmonster, Starriors definitely had mini comics as well as a 4 issue Marvel full size comics run (that didn't come with them)

Skeleton Warriors had a mini poster with a comic on the back, but there was only the same one for all the figures.
