It would be impossible for me to choose just one. My tastes change by the day. Today's favorite is Meg from the Bionic Six. I just love her proportions, appearance, and articulation, even though her facial details are disappointing.

i would have to say mine was from the uks version of the 12" gi joes- action man toward the end of the line, and with the popularity of star wars they did a whole set of space styled toys, one was a skull headed black and white space pirate called captain Zargon, that would have to be my favorite toy as i have so many memories of playing with it.

One of them for me would be vintage sy-klone. Yeah, kind of an anti-climactic but I think it's that I always wanted one as a kid and never got him.

My favorite 'vintage american' toy is Warduke from AD&D.
My fave 'modern foreign' toy would be one of my Soul of Chogokin (think Shogun Warriors meets Marvel Legends) from Japan.

Today? Any miniature (1'' to 2.5'' max) sci fi figures and vehicles.
Hmmm...based upon pure enjoyment as a kid...ANY 1:18th scale GI Joe. For Gods Sake it was a 3 3/4'' tall fully poseable little man (who didnt fall apart with tough play i might add). I had adventures for hours with my "guys". That pretty much killed all competition.
I cant even think of a close second.

I remember seeing him in the ads of the Frecnh Comics Magazine Pif Gadget... He looked so cool but wan't availlable anywhere here in Quebec! Brings back memories... For my part I'd say the combo of the original He-Man and Battle Cat are as manly, heroic and cool as toys can be, digging in such mythos as Hercules and other strongman of Legend, Conan the Barbarian, Frazetta Painting, Tarzan and co. To this day I found it's a perfectly designed toys, sturdy, neat looking and highly playable. And the memories sure help to appreciate it!

It's very hard to pick just one toy. There are so many great toys in the world. I would say my favorite toy is Transformers Masterpiece Rodimus Prime from Hasbro.

When I first picked up Snake Mt. (kudos to my lass, it was b-day present) I didn't even know it had a mic! £#!+ we had a good night!
Fave, impossible question. 1978 Hulk Marvel Studios Mego-like is staring at me nightly so I better say that. (Man, my fave figure prob'ly changes e'ery week)

If I had to narrow down to ONE TOY!!! Man, THAT is a hard choice... Let me think... I think it woud be Schleich's "Made in Portugal" Grey Whale. :)That toy is fabulous. So accurate, so well detailed, so high in quality. Such a shame Schleich is going to retire it (as well as all the large whales) in 2012.
