ohh good question it's pretty tough but I think mine would be my Tigersharks Mako moc. I'm an 1/8th of the way to a whole set (one of my personal quests/goals is to get all 8 moc, i guess they are one of my overall collecting holy grails). I'm sending him off to be graded in a few weeks.

Un-released Ric Flair Galoob in red robe. I think Im the only one in the world to have one so far. I know we arent a wrestling friendly board so much, so I would have to say my Sunman collection too.

Vintage: Space:1999 Eagle 1 Spaceship from Mattel
current: SW:VOTC Luke Skywalker(Hasbro had finally produced a Luke figure in proper scale with Han, Obi-Wan, etc.)
It is hard to stop at one.

A couple of them were pretty beat (c5-6) but yea i had a complete set. I was always looking to upgrade the beat ones but it was just draining trying to find these pieces in near mint condition. Good luck with the hunt

It is a tough set to put together. If you want a real challenge try putting a loose complete set together. Now that is a chore.

I know the subject says one and I've posted two above, but here's a couple more favorites: Micronauts Space Glider(I've been trying to obtain the Palisades series 1.5 version for awhile now) Fisher-Price Adventure People Sea Explorer(I'd like to find a complete set somewhere down the line)

Awww, just one? Well, then I 'm cheating and dividing into categories. Figure: As far as figures go, I have to agree with Soundwave. Modulok certainly was a creative way of enjoying childhood. Literally endless possibilities of creating your own figure. (of course also an evil genius marketing ploy to get children to purchase multiple copies of said figure...) Playset: Snake Mountain. I used to gab on that microphone for hours. Yeah, (ahem) "used to".

I would have to say its a thing I just got called Death Row Marvin. Its based on a comicbook character. He sits in an electric chair and when you throw the switch he shakes, his eyes light up,he speaks and smoke comes out of the top of his head.

Tough to pick just one (so I won't ;D )
I've always loved robot toys so the first decent sized (bigger than a keyring) super robot toy I got as a kid, my 12" PVC Grendizer has to be up there.
Then I always desperately wanted a toy of Dai-X from Star Fleet, and now (about 14 years later) I have one, so he's got to be up there too.
So many more worthy of mention...
