PSYCHO FOUR
I think I've been telling you this one before. Last April, I bought a Titanic pin for 1$, plus 5$ for the shipping, with the obvious toyal of 6$. A little high for a shipping when you consider I bought it from Laval, which is in THE VERY SAME PROVINCE AS I'M IN. But I said "what the heck; I'm sure to receive it easily". Then I waited. And waited. And waited. Three weeks. Never received it. So, I emailed to the seller to ask her if she shipped it. She said yes, she put it in an ordinary envelope. Replied I never received it, and asked her in how long I'm going to receive it. She says I should have received it by now for two weeks. OK. So, my pin has been lost through the transit. I told her I would give her positive feedback anyway, in the condition she GIVES ME PROOF SHE SHIPPED IT (like scanning the post receipt; I always keep my own shipping receipts when I ship things). The thing is, she never replied to that. I waited two weeks. No answer from her whatsoever.
This is when I opened a dispute on Ebay. In my message, I asked her (again!) to send me proof she really shipped the pin, so I can know for sure the loss of the item is not her fault. But she never replied in the dispute. Because SHE NEVER REPLIED, Ebay took my side and asked her for a refund, which I got (which is OK, but a shipping proof would have been just as good to me).
It's just then that I finally got a reply from her. She totally insulted me, CALLING ME A CHEAP, IMMATURE PERSON WHO IS BEST TO BE AVOIDED. And she blacklisted me in her customers list. Crap. I told her I would never have had opened a dispute if she replied to my shipping proof demand. And Ebay wouldn't have asked her to refund me if she simply replied in the dispute.
All of this to tell you that the Ebay psychos aren't always the buyers...
