I recently scored these guys. Anyone know what toy line they come from? Any info and pics are appreciated.

They're pretty awesome. They're one of a handful of series made by Mannix & distributed in Europe. There are a couple resident experts on here that avidly collect these guys. Perhaps they'll elaborate further on the glory of Mannix.

Ah yeah. Mannix. That's what I thought of when I saw the figure on the right because the mold used looks like the one from Adam Bomb for example. Just didn't recall the name. I hope to get these guys soon, then I'll post a comparison pic Jason vs. Adam Bomb.

Horror Wrestlers! Those guys are cool-ass! Pretty hard to find though I think Sniper is looking for these...

Maybe this will help you guys. I think I've found both sets of these, but with no weapons. I have yet to find one carded either, which is kind of frustrating, but at least it keeps the hunt for the line's name alive.

good looking line of figures. It seems Europe has had some good runs of unique and hard to find items.

Nice figures, Snipe. I did not know they existed. They would go good with the wrestling ones.

Wow. These guys rule! I'm picturing a battle royal in a haunted high-school gymnasium right now...
Sadly, I'm sure I'll never come across them. I like to pretend that someday I'll travel abroad to hit up the European equivalent of flea markets where I'll find nothing but stuff like this, Red Shadow troopers, Bad Eggz Bunch and whatnot in lieu of all the McDonald's and Power Rangers crap I have to dig through constantly over here.

jeez, that thread has some incredible stuff on it. Yes it does, I'm sure it's gonna piss off a few collectors here that have been hiding the name of quite a few of those lines. ;D

Ooh, and I noticed some substantial updates since I last looked there.

Yes it does, I'm sure it's gonna piss off a few collectors here that have been hiding the name of quite a few of those lines. ;D What selfish person would hide the name of a line? That sucks. That site is very informational. The wrestler identified as Apollo Creed on this site is really Black Cyclone and has the same generic Wrestling Champions card! Damn that card gets used and abused. I have seen the others on the back of that card except Killer Joe and always thought they were Madison Wrestling Champions. Apparently I was wrong. Has anybody ever seen a Madison Wrestling Champions card? Do they use the same card? Also, those of you who have the carded Monster Maniacs, does the card back tell you how many there are and what their individual names are?

Beleieve it or not there's a few selfish people here. They don't want anyone to know what the name of a line is so they can pick them up cheap. I on the other hand love throwing all the info out there for the mannix that I can. Look, I put this up and alfi put up a link that had a carded one on there. I dispise collectors that withold info, this is a fun hobby. I have heard from a good source the cardbacks are just plain like the apes attack and master of the fighters.

I love giving as much info as I have, also. I feel more satisfied for some reason. I can also see why you are a Mannix fan. They have such a diverse set of figures. I think I am becoming a fan myself. I have never heard of Mannix before I joined this site. I speak some Spanish, so if anybody needs any translation from that site above, I can give it a try. My Spanish is not perfect, but good enough to get information.

I love letting people know info to, it is a good feeling. The only bad drawback to posting info is scum sucking dealers (not collectors) that come on here and just find out a name of their toy and throw on eBay. They never contribute nothing, just take. But I feel the good far out weighs the bad in posting this info so I'll do it. And I think you should start collecting Mannix. Your best bet is to search eBay UK and Germany.....sometime France. Oh yeah, Overtop Man (aka Top Warrior) is Mannix so.......I guess your already collecting them.

I like to share information too because I've learned a lot reading all the fantastic threads here and everyone may know what I do. That makes collecting more fun.
