My favourite lego is anything from the 80's. Back then you had to build the lego walls your self and they didn't come in large single pieces. ..I especially love the train series... www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e3iXZgWt0o |

I agree that have simplified it a lot nowadays.
Never had any of the train sets but always liked looking at them in the catalogue.

Man those old lego brand pirates and castle sets bring back some awesome memories. I don't ever remember asking for Lego but my mom must have seen how much fun I had with them and picked up a set or two many a Christmas.
