Hey Guys, My very first toys that I got as a kid, were Louis Marx Co. Battle of Iwo Jima, and World War 2 playsets. I still have them. But there's lots of men missing. Whole platoons infact. And I only have a handful of the Germans. Anybody else on here collect Green, Tan, Blue, or Whatever color, 1 /32 scale army men? You can still find Vietnam 1960's style figures at your local Wal-Mart. But they're nowhere near as cool as the ones Louis Marx put out. The Fischel Company of China make some nice Modern Army sets for Toys R Us. You can get a whole world for 10 bucks. So anybody on here into army men?

I don't collect them per se. I do, however, buy the newer stuff for custom painting. Every now and then I'll run across some older stuff that I have started to keep. I have a grey german officer that I just happened upon in a junk bin. Also had a handful of my AM from when i was kid shipped to me just recently. I've also picked up a bag of really detailed indians that I plan to paint.

I can't remember what they look like.
Can you show me picture of that?
I think I had like that with all green color on army figs with weapon & stands but can't remember the name of them.
I had them in 1972.

I have Marx mini green Armies with tankers and jeep when I was little in 1973. My father and I burried them by a big tree in Livingston, Texas in 1973. I'll going there and digging up and bring them back home with me by this October! I found this picture from ebay That's what I have, Anyone who has them when you were little?
