Does anyone have any info on this series?? Are they rare?? Are they foreign?? This is the only figure I have but the rest of the villians are really cool looking.

I don't have any info for you, unfortunately, but...WOW! That dude is awesome! Where'd you score him?

I got off ebay a year or so ago. It was a random find/buy. I think it came from Italy, which is why i was wondering if it was foreign. I really want the monster bad guy(the last one in the pic of the cardback) now!

What scale? They seem to strike me as more 'f a C.O.P.S. n' Crooks knock-off line. The whole cap-firing weapon thing, and the instruction illustration on the back. Weapon to cap size ratio looks about the same.

These are great. I've seen my share of different brands of T-crotch figures (Empact, Adventure Man, Kaido to name but a few) and I recognise some of the sculpts from those lines, but nothing like these enclosed helmets and the skull face! Excellent find, are you going to keep it carded?

rihia2k, its 3 3/4" scale. Identical to the Joes in scale/size. ghouldrool, i'll probably keep it carded for the time being. Im gonna try scouring for the monster-esque figure from this series, and if i ever succeed in finding one, I'll probably uncard him.

I'm not into Joes but that's very very cool. You got the best villain IMO.

You can find info on the M.P.A.C.T. figures here which is definitely what this guy is molded after figurerealm.com/checklists.phpI like the way they spell "Choise" where it says "Weapon of Choice"

wow, these are awesome! of course, the skullface and monster dude next to him in the pic on the card are the best, but imo, usually a toylines villian line-up appeals to me more. those are the only 2 i like of the 4 villains, whereas all 4 of the "mega cops" are awesome looking as well! very nice find.

Not only does it look as though its based upon teh Empact / M-Pact t -crotch ARAH joe knockoffs but if you look closely it screams out STARCOM as well.
Look at the helmet nubs , visors and chest design on the art work. Even the art works weapon looks heavily inspired by Starcom.
Quite a few inspirations in this lines design.
