I have this action figure from the late 60s. His arms bend, legs bend, his boots can be taken off, his hat can be taken off, and his clothes can be taken off. He has no marks and no scar on his face. On his back it says "Made in Hong Kong No. 2012" On the front of his shirt, there's what appears to be "Fighting Tank"; some of the letters are faded though. He is in mint condition. I'm wondering if he's a G.I. Joe? Here's an image. img403.imageshack.us/my.php?image=guy2es8.jpg

Mego made a line of Joe-style figures in the 70's called "Fighting Yank".
It's definitely not a Joe though. Joes were labeled Hasbro.
How tall is it?

It's about 11.5 or 12 inches tall.

I believe I've just figured out what it is. It's a first issue vintage 1966 Fighting Yank I believe.
