Dunno if this should be here, in general or even in modern but here goes I just got a 5" robot figure that I've managed to ID as Zenon from Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad (stupid name for a show). The show was produced by DIC in 1994 as a 'power rangers' style US adaptation of a Japanese show Denkou Choujin Gridman, which looks to be some kind of Ultraman clone with giant robots. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superhuman_Samurai_Syber-SquadAnyway, enough sketchy background. The toyline was released by Playmates and some of the deluxe versions look kinda cool in the crappy pictures I've found. I just wondered if anyone owned any or knew where to find some better pictures? minos.esmartkid.com/shsss/pictures/dlxzen2.jpgThanks

Hudasa21, thanks dude, thats exactly what I was looking for I'll PM you my email for the bigger pics I've not seen the show, and from what I've read I don't think I want to, but the Sentai / Ultraman style of the toys looks like my kind of thing

I'm working on a Deluxe Synchro. I keep getting parts to it in different lots that I pick up. All I need now is the base figure (which I might have?). I have a lot of stuff, and I'm not too organized.

From what I can see on ebay Synchro and Phormo require different base figures, I'd be interested to know if this is right. I'm really quite impressed by these guys, gotta get me a DX Synchro or Phormo

those pics are of the mid sized figures. the larger ones are 10" -12" tall, transform and feature full articulation on the base figures. there were at least seven color variations for the base figure but i'm pretty sure they mostly the same recast. the main red /white version red and vac metal gold base figure red/ silver base blue base figure purple base figure black / silver black/ gold The transforming armors: xenon consists of a jet, a tank and a double drill machine. the parts combine one way to make a mid sized robot, then transform another way and connect to the base figure to form a larger bot. the other one can form a dragon or a large plane (with a removable smaller plane) or attach to the base figure to form a big bot. I have enough extra parts of this guy to built nearly three sets (minus the base figure) but i've been using them to build custom models they are both fun sets. wish there had been more. would also like to see a working version with the lights and sounds functions left out by playmates... I'm missing the cannons from the deluxe xenon set. anyone have these?

From what I can work out, Playmates did release an 8" Servo figure with sound (dunno abot lights), but it doesn't combine I have enough extra parts of this guy to built nearly three sets (minus the base figure) but i've been using them to build custom models

Finally managed to get hold of a few of these I've picked up a couple of Servo figures and Zenon, so now a deluxe Synchro stands proudly on my shelf. I love the variations of combinations you can do with these so I'm still on the lookout for another Zenon, as well as the ones I don't have. I think this line will keep me entertained for a while

Found a better pic Great photo. I wasn't crazy about the show, but I did love the toy line. I love robot toys, especially if they can change and combine.

Looking for deluxe Drago arm. Which would be the shoulder armour when combined with the 9in figure. Any help will be appreciated.
