This isn't really a true action figure, only the arms move. And he is hollow. However,it looks like someone was trying to cash in on Star Wars's success. I'm guessing this item is from the late 70s,it has no markings. I bought him at a flea market for a quarter,I think.

Cool KO Spokoda, kind of a mix between Vader and a Stormtrooper. Any date or manufacturer markings on him anywhere?

Here's an awful (in a good way) Darth Maul fake: Check out the close-up: His "horns" reminded me of Peaches from Rocko's Modern Life.

That's hilarious. Did those actually come with the comm chips? Oh, no way. Just figure & light saber. They didn't even bother fitting any text in a huge red square. He's got a great thousand-yard stare, though.

Who boy, that Maul looks awfull, Actually his lightsaber in their looks even worse, lol!
The figure kind of reminds me of what it would look like if Luke Skywalker and Darth Maul spawned a baby.

I would so buy that Darth Maul fake! Some of those Polish boots are just sad, like Mexican bootlegs. I feel bad for Mexican and Polish kids that had to play with that junk. Argentinian kids, however, I am very jealous of!
Why the heck is Spockoda a guest? I just PM'ed him a few days ago....

When I clicked this thread, I thought it was going to be talking about the Galaxy Empire Figures that came out in the 90s I think.

Anyone know what this is? "Made in China" and a battery slot in the back. About 6" tall.

Recent Dollar Store KO's. Like last year. Missing his lightsaber. There was a black one released at the same time, and I have a red one from a different series. Not at home or I'd post a pic.

I have this robot (made of metal) spitting image of Darth vader head, obvious bootleg / knock off! Not sure what it's from. Will dig him out and get a pic up soon!

They are not Star Wars bootlegs, but I always thought "S.T.A.R. Team" was a terrible knockoff of Star Wars. Check out this link www.toysyouhad.com/Starteam.htm

I love Bootlegs, but haven't managed to pick up too many. However, I do have a few to share, so I'll start off with this AWFUL Bib Fortuna... It truly is the most hideous Star Wars knock-off I have ever seen - naturally I had to buy him! s30.photobucket.com/user/nixonbros/media/CIMG3313_zps86b7c649.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1s30.photobucket.com/user/nixonbros/media/CIMG3314_zps69a970e8.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0He's hardly an 'Action' figure, being a solid cast in some hard rubbery plastic, but what the Hey, he's so bad he's nearly good! My carded Bootlegs are up in the loft, so I'll post pics once I've retrieved them. (Sorry if the photo's are not up to snuff, still trying to work out the camera. It's a GOOD camera, but I bought it from a pawn shop with no software or user manual, so I'm still trying to figure it out!)

I love bootlegs!!! Never got any though. In fact I have only seen them on Ebay. They tend to go for a lot more than I can pay.

I recently got an unarticulated Polish bootleg bounty hunter- Zuckuss or 4-LOM, take your pick lol. I never know what people identify him as, but I sure love this figure! It will probably be the only bootleg I'll end up buying in my life, but he fits in with the rest of my rough looking bounty hunters. I've always had a lot of respect for the rebellion in these Polish figures, and out of all the various countries that produced bootlegs, they're my favorite, so I'm glad to host a little part of their history. Even if he's made out of rubber, his head leans to the side, and he can't stand up. Also, you can PERFECTLY read the copyright marks on the back of his legs- sorry George.

I recently got an unarticulated Polish bootleg bounty hunter- Nice. Your contributions to the site are pretty cool, plasticproblem. Regarding the Zuckuss/4-LOM naming debacle (maybe I shouldn't get started) I always felt that 4-LOM was a droid name & only one of those two looks like a droid to me

Here's an awful (in a good way) Darth Maul fake: Check out the close-up: His "horns" reminded me of Peaches from Rocko's Modern Life. I have the entire set of these ones. Apparently they all come with names. This Darth Maul one is called "Dennis" for some reason. Presumably even the bootleggers didnt even know what the real name was let alone the real likeness. Other favourites are R3P0 and TobyOne Kenobi. I'd upload photos but dont know how to (new to the forum)
