I owned Sectaurs as a child and i have one now . The figures are fairly sturdy and well designed. It makes me wonder how they would fair if re released with ML style articulation (these are 6'' tall right)?

Does anyone know where a larger version of the group photo of series 2 Sectaurs figures can be found? The one on the front page of this website is still too small. I have been rather obsessive of the Night Fighting Spidrax figure to a point I want to custom paint one like that. A larger picture of him would help with the details on this project. I wish I can get my hands on those two weapons he has as well. This would be my greatest project.

uuug, I can not find the large one.........: Thank you. I found a slightly larger version on the front page of this website. I stumbled across an illustration found on the mock-up card of Night Fighting Dargon that showed some details on his weapons. I now have an idea on the details of the weapons. It's just figuring out the next step. I am going to explore the idea of casting for these weapons. I just don't know where to turn since no one has helped me out with the information on other websites.

You know the NF Dargon was released in the first series though he was intended for the unreleased 2nd series, so you can find him. uuug, I can not find the large one.........: Thank you. This is the biggest I've ever found: Centurn: Yep. I did take notice about Night Fighting Dargon released in series one. I am waiting for one I got off from ebay. Hopefully, the mini comic "Dargon and Parafly" is included. Chances are I'll find "World of Symbion" instead. Duke of Crydee: Thank you for the larger pic. I can se some details on the weapons Spidrax is holding. I am currently working on a custom Night Fighting Spidrax figure. The collection feels incomplete without the figure. The hardest part is crafting those weapons for him and getting the details on them. I am crafting them out of sculpey putty to casting them into resin pieces for the figure.

Hey Devastator, shoot me an email (tony@workingclassvillains.com). I'm the originator of that "viral" pic of the 2nd series figs and have it in super high res. Also, I actually own a production sample of the NF Spidrax vest and can take some good reference pics for you. I've been a lurker here for a while, but I think I should start contributing. And Duke' can atest that I'm somewhat of a Sectaurs fan.

Hey Tony, glad to see you're still around!
Is the sectaurs.fansector site that's up now your site or is that someone else running that? I saw they were missing a couple covers of the mini comics that I was thinking about sending there way when I find them but then I saw there's no contact info on the site... Also noticed they're using my weapon scans from the style guide that I sent to Martin so I'm assuming it has some connection to the old .org?
By the way did you ever find a copy of the Hyve mini comic that we got those original pages from? I'm not sure when the last time we spoke was but in case you didn't know, it does exist.

By the way did you ever find a copy of the Hyve mini comic that we got those original pages from? I'm not sure when the last time we spoke was but in case you didn't know, it does exist. Hey CJK, long time no talk! The fansector site is Martin's. When I bought the domains from him I asked him for the original content so that I could just continue it until I had the new site built. He assured me that it was lost and that he had no way to get it back. But Duke (of Crydee) showed me that it still exsisted on that waybackmachine website, but since I lack the web saviness there really was nothing I could do with it. And my Sectaurs site is still in development hell (I think I'm to ambitious). But what upsets me is that I paid a good price for the domains and then he just puts up the old site with a new address. Makes me feel like a got took for a ride, ya know? Don't tell me you have a Hyve mini? The closest I came to finding it was one that was included with the Hyve that was for sale on ActionToys.com and the owner was nice enough to scan the cover for me. I couldn't justify paying $500 for an opened hyve, or a sealed one for that matter. So I had to settle for the scan of the cover. You're the only person I know of who has some Sectaurs stuff I don't. You should send me a list of the more obscure stuff you have and I can tell you what I'd need pics of for the site. Actually, that goes for anyone with Sectaurs stuff. The more obscure or industry related the better. The guy who built my business site is slowly but surely building the Sectaurs site for me, after having 2 other guys go nowhere with it.

I'll tell you there is no worse feeling then cracking open a MIB Hyve only to reach in and pull out another World of Sectaurs mini Honestly I don't even know what I have any more. I've moved a few times since we spoke last and everything has been boxed up for quite a while. I have a general idea of where everything is but it's buried. As for the site what kind of time frame are we looking at here for completion? Winter is rolling around, gas is to expensive for my taste and I ditched the latest girl so I'll be doing a lot of hibernating shortly. If you want help with it I just might be available, I kinda know my way around a web site. This was the last site I did: XevozIf you like what you see or just want the help shoot me an e-mail, cjktoybay@yahoo.com and we'll talk.

When I first began posting in the forums, I was introduced in the knowledge of the Marvel comic series of Sectaurs by 80s Action Figures and toyboxraider. I just recently acquired the set from ebay and they are right. These comics are great. It took me over five hours to read through all of those comics in the series. I have to give great respect that it took me that long to read through them. Nowadays, when I read through a current comic; it would take just about 15 minutes. A well thought out comic series with a great story. After reading them, it has inspired me to think about working on some custom figures for a few of them. But that's a long ways away, since I am going to concentrate on the Unproduced Second Series right now.
Cheers,
Robert

I can not wait to see what you come up with Robert! Put some pics up when you finish some of the figures! I will certainly do that. The ideas of the Gnatseye w/ Jumpyr and Regent Galken are now spinning around in my mind. I have already started to formulate a plan for each of those two figures. Y'all will be the first ones to see them after they're done. Cheers, Robert

Thanks! I bought 5 copies of the Pinsor moc, (most cards and bubbles are in terrible condition). 2 of these moc's have 2 Canadian mini comics of the World of Symbion. (one French/one English). And the other 3 have a US mini comic of Pinsor and the Battle Beetle inside the bubble. Strange thing was that inside the Battle Beetle box I found the (French) comic Waspax et Wingid .....

Does anyone know who wrote up the incredible Sectaurs write-up on Wikipedia? There are some things stated in there that not even I (Captain Sectaurs) have never heard before.
If anyone knows, or if you are the person, contact me through here!

How many people have any prototype pieces from the Sectaurs line? Especially unproduced stuff.

DukeofCrydee still has a few unproduced protos including Stellara and a bunch of weapons for the second series, I believe he also had Bodyball and a few others. He's posted some info on this stuff throughout the forum, maybe try the search feature as I can't quite remember what posts the info and pics are in.

My origianl post about this got admin moved to a category that doesn't get much traffic. So we'll try it again. Sectaurs.com is just a few months from launching and we need your help!!! We’re trying to build the most complete website for Sectaurs, but even the collections of the 2 biggest fans can only go so far. So, this is where you come in! Images are needed of miscellaneous merchandise, packaging & accessory variants, copy written for character bios, terms, & locals and anything documenting conceptual, design, and production processes. Also any original comic, animation, or storybook art and fan art & custom toys. With the 25th anniversary of the line next year (yeah, hard to believe) we want to make Sectaurs.com a celebration in honor of one of the most awesomely underrated toy lines in history. Presented; for the fans, by the fans. All contributions will be credited on the site. Contact us at KingofSymbion@gmail.com to contribute and receive a list of things we’re needing/looking for. But those surprise items that we didn’t know were out there are always encouraged. Thanks. - Tony & Chris
