I know, it's a Playskool line, but Heck, I dig cavemen and dinosaurs! These toys have been made in the 1980's and came with picture book about the dinosaur they came with : www.dinosaurcollector.150m.com/playskool.htmI don't have any of these book, but looking for a line allowing me to relive the fun of film like One Million Years B.C. and comics like Joe Kubert's TOR. I was kinda stuck, they're not many cavemen figure Out there. They're a cool in the X-Files movie figure line from McFarlane, and the Daena (Estella Warren) figure from the Planet of the Apes remake is also pretty nice. I still have to get a Cavewoman figure form the comics, cool kitschy, leopard pattern dressed cave girl. They're are also a bunch of green army type cavemen ala Marx Toy Co, Timpo and all, but the vintage one are hard to get and expensive, and I have yet to stumple on one in a big bucket of prehistoric fun. I like my army men type figure to come off cheap as they should be... Anyway, the point is, I wanted to have a handul of caveman, cave girl and dinosaur to mess themselves up, and searching, I found the Definitely Dinosaurs! line and got a bunch of these. They are not that hard to come up with (except for the larger dinosaur) and they are pretty silly, but in a good way. The dinosaur are simple but work, but mostly, they come with these cool, midget / wrestler / Flinstones undestructible looking little dudes with a mean cro-magnon attitude. Well, I may exagerate a bit, I do like these rock skulled dwarves. Anyone else?

I have a few from the 80's but I never really liked them. Now when I'm older I think they're OK but not enough that I wan't to start collecting them. I don't know, they're a bit too Disney for me.

I was always wondering what those little cavemen were from. Been running into them from time to time over the years.

They are pretty pre-schooler indeed and pretty silly, so I guess it's one of my guilty pleasure. I don't have any nostalgia as well toward as I was too old when they got out, yet I really like the theme! I was always wondering what those little cavemen were from. Been running into them from time to time over the years. Be carefull running into them, the mustache caveman guy are kinda mean

I have the stegosaurus and caveman that my nefew loves playing with. I also plan to have my nephew play with them, just rounding up the collection and have a Ray Harryhausen Dinosaur movie / Caveman action figure mash up matinee!
