How many arrows did the figure originally come with? The archive here has three pictured, and the Toy Otter Archive mentions three, but I have found two auctions on eBay (one of which I won) that only have two arrows and both auctions list the figure as complete. Would I be correct in assuming that the Toy Otter page started the whole three arrow fiasco (and that someone collected three arrows for the one that was photographed) and that the figure should only have two?
If someone has a carded one they can look at to tell me beyond a doubt, I'd appreciate it. And if the figure is meant to have three arrows, I'll be looking to pick up a third for my figure so let me know if you have an extra.

My carded one only has 2 arrows with it. When I was originally looking for green arrow in loose complete condition, I too, thought I needed three. But buying the carded one, solved that mystery of arrows. Yes, you only need two.

Thanks! Boy that's a weight of my shoulders. I figured if I had to track down an arrow I'd be in for a long haul. lol

At first I always thought it was 3 (hence the pic in the archives), but it is actually only 2 arrows.

Damn, so my GA has an extra arrow? *shrug* it fits in the quiver so I ain't complaining. But I officially name the 3-Arrow Green Arrow the "Super Ultra Complete Edition". So there.

Hey, if anyone else ever comes along, it's a good trade piece if nothing else. You might be able to get something else for it that you really need. Maybe it'll come in handy some day. By the way, is it common on carded Green Arrows to have a VERY slight paint rub on the edge of the brim of his hat from rubbing against the bubble? Weird question probably, but I'm just curious.
