Last week I put in an order on the Toys R Us website for the new Neca Planet Of The Apes Gorilla Soldier TRU exclusive two-pack plus the Wolf Man and Bride Of Frankenstein ReAction figures. I got an email saying the Apes would ship separately, no problem. A few days before the Apes arrived I received an email saying the Bride had shipped and another email canceling my order for the Wolf Man due to it being out of stock. The Apes arrived on Monday. Today, two boxes and a large yellow mailer envelope arrive at my house. I ended up with a Wolf Man figure and two Bride figures. I was only charged for the Apes and the Bride figure. I guess it's all the same to me.

this happens all the time with my tru orders, i believe the pick and pack crew are mostly underpaid terrible employees, which seems to be the case more and more for the larger retail chains, don't get me started on Kohl's or even Kmart. I place large orders all the time and their packing is silly terrible, I have purchased a few thousand dollars of toys from Target only for them to arrive literally thrown into a large box with little to no packing to hold them in place, opening the package looked like a tossed salad!
also just a word of warning from my experience as well, Entertainment earth is a terrible place to buy toys, stay away from them. I ordered transformers which came with crushed boxes inside of clean outer packaging, and when I called them I expected "no problem return them and we will replace." Not the case, they told me their guarantee was only for the figures inside to be undamaged! Are you kidding me! what kind of toy people are you! Savages! lol the packaging is as important as they toy, plus the toy rarely ever would get broken in a damaged shipment unless it got run over or something.
It's terrible, customer service these days is a joke. Are we devolving into nothing more than these apes you ordered online?!?! someone answer me that!
Cheers to you, SIN.......

I open everything but no one likes to open up a package to see mangled items or items simply thrown in a box. I put in an order recently for a "not mint" figure from EE. The website said there was one left. As soon as I put my order in, it said it was sold out. I then get a message saying it was on back order. So, did someone else order it at the exact moment I did? Hmmm...

Not that it has anything to do with toys, but starting around Christmas, I was trying to use up some points that had accumulated with Sears and I went on Sears.com. Found the item I wanted and in going to the checkout, you are given the option of whether you want to pick it up at the store for free or have it shipped for a cost. I chose the store option. I entered it and the site said that it was not available at a store in a 50 mile radius. I live in an area of over 2 million people and there are at least 4 stores here. I tried the shipped method and the items is "not available for shipping? So in other words, it does not exist? Since then, I have tried at least 4 other items on the site at various times and it comes up the same way on all of them. I tried it with clothing and it generally takes an hour of looking for me to find something I want on there due to sizes not being available in the item and then I get the message. I am a normal sized person, so I do not understand the problem. Do they want to sell anything?
