I'm sure you guys remember the movie Over the Top. That shining diamond in the pile of turds that is Sylvester Stalones career. As it turns out it did indeed have its own line of figures, complete with 'arm wrestling action'. Not much else I can say about these gems other than who the hell bought these things? Please tell me none of you guys collect them.

Been trying to collect these moc for ages, but i've never even come across a carded version of one. I've seen the 20inch Hawk figure and the table, but the rest rarely ever show up. Anyone got some pics of them moc?

I actually just found a page in one of my Sears catalogs featuring them. It was later in the book, so I didn't scan it and put it on the catalog page of the site. Hopefully I can get it up this weekend. Haven't seen anything MOC though.

For my part I only have the regular Stallone figure from this line. Received it as part of a Rambo figure lot, took me a while to figure out from which movie it was. I now have him on my computer and have my guest try to figure it as well.

Found a big bad guy figure of Bob "Bull" Hurley , complete and in nice shape at the Village des valeurs last week.
If it was not for is big arms (the same as Stallone's) I wouldn't have guessed it was from that line. Nice, big burly figure fitting nicely a villain from a Yoram-Globus picture!

The interest in these may be that most of stallone's opponents were Pro Wrestlers in the film, some of whom never had LJN or AWA or Hasbro figs. Stallone became a big fan of wrestlers' fight choreography ability in Rocky 3 and went out of his way to include them in his work. I know Terry Funk and Ox Baker were in the film, but I haven't seen it in yeeeeeears. Did Ox play Grizzly?

I know somebody recently picked up a bull hurley for under $30, and thought he underpaid by about $100. Lincoln Hawk & Golden Boy Brezenk: Giant Lincoln: The two Lincolns came from a doll shop; golden boy was luck at a flea market.

The stupid wrestling table took me awhile to score at a decent price on Ebay. Finally did get one on a damaged MOC for around $25, up until then they were going for nearly double that. That was a year or so ago, I haven't seen one come up on Ebay in a long time.

Cleave Armbender Dean is the most sought after of the bunch. Best to doan Ebay completed item search and you will see what they average for.

Not much else I can say about these gems other than who the hell bought these things? Please tell me none of you guys collect them. Nobody did! Hence why some of the non-Stallone figures from this line can reach over $600 MOC at auction...
