Thx, the mammoth was my favorite of the non-carnegie stuff too . So the ones labeled Carnegie and Safari are the same manufacturer? Makes sense as they are very similar. I got burnt out on dinosaurs during the 90s but I'm starting to appreciate them again now and these figures are really helping.

i have a imperial mammoth just like this one but he is like grey and white and from the 80s.

Safari ltd made the stuff meant to be sold in the Carnegie museum as well as in Montery Bay aquariums; this is why you see the company's name on both Carnegie's and Montery Bay's animals.

Hi - Found these in an old warehouse in Auckland New Zealand. They go well will my Imperial collection. There is a really cool green cave woman in there as well. Does anybody collect these? Attachments:
