Anybody own any of these? I would love to complete my loose set, they go perfectly with the Lost World of the Warlord & Warrior Beast figures.

I picked up three of these carded a couple of years ago from a vintage toy store which is no longer in business. I have Conan the King, Conan the Warrior and the Devourer of Souls. I also have a loose Thoth Amon. Does War Dragon on the card back look familiar? There is also a check-list on the bottom of the card for your favorite 6 inch Remco figures. ;D

War Dragon is basically the Crystal Dragon from Crystar. Was this and the War Stallion produced for the Conan line?

I just came across Conan's sword in an accessory lot I picked up. I may have King Conan's crown as well, anyone have a pic of what it looks like? These will come in handy the day I run into some bare figures.

WooHoo, I just scored all 5 figures on Ebay for $90. They are missing a few weapons, but oh well (I have a spare Conan sword also).

I'm thinking about selling my carded figures on eBay during the next couple of weeks. They've been taking up space on my wall way too long. I have Conan the King, Devourer of Souls and Conan the Warrior. When I do, I'll post something in the ebay forum.

Well, I got my Conan figures in the mail today, I was pretty worried about this one, but it turned out OK. I knoew the guy sold the lot to someone in France this April (based on his neg feedback posts on He-Man.org) and never shipped. I got gut lucky this time with this guy. Only thing was that the Jewel Thief's armour is broken, so I checked back to the pic in the original listing. It looked broken in their as well.
Sanfords, have you got a pic of the MOC Devourer of Souls? I just want to see what other accessories I need for him. Does he come with 2 arm gauntlets and 2 leg gauntlets? I will be posting a want list in the Marketplace.

I don't have a picture yet, but I can tell you that the Devourer of Souls has one Gauntlet on his right wrist and one on his left ankle. This would account for his limp. He also comes with a black jagged-edged cape, a gray belt with shoulder strap and a five inch double-bladed gray axe (just like on picture if carded back). I'll sell mine next weekend. I should have a picture by then. ;D

As a hugebfan of the Arnold moveis I never really liked this line. To me it looked like they too conan shrunk him to about 3 feet tall and then added anoth 175-200 punds of muscle mass to him. I think ther actually are funny looking figs, I probably would have thought the same thing about MOTU but didn`t have a movie to compare them to until 3 or 4 years after I got my first one.

Its funny they never had a line based on the movie, but i guess they wanted to cash in on the MOTU craze at the time. Also it was cheaper for Remco to keep using the same body molds.
Still trying to track down a complete Jewel Thief, though Meatybat has been killing me on Ebay lately (especially on the last Jewel Thief that just came up). I have been in contact with him and hopefully we can make a few trades.

I'm curious has any one ever seen the War dragon and war stallion carded or boxed (however they were packaged). Does anyone have pics. I know that they are both recycled from other lines, Im curious to know if they were different colors or had different acc.

I have never seen either of them packaged for the Conan line, i don't think Remco made it that far.

You know from the Conan remco line...
What would you pay for a loose complete one and for a yellow bubble MOC one?
I am just curious about something

I just saw a MOC on Ebay the other day with a yellow bubble...it went for 85 (54 for figure...30 for shipping). I put in a bid for it as I have loose complete Conan the warrior and Thoth Amon.....My limit at the time was 60 but I think if I had the money I would of went up to 80. I really like this line and collect them mint loose and complete so I would of opened up that nasty yellow bubble. Anyway now that im done rambling heres what I would pay...
MOMC- 125
MOC in ok cond.- 50-80
Loose complete- 35-50
Loose incomplete- 10-20

id say the same for me, although my budget is low so i'd never get a nice MOC one. but 10-20 loose incomplete definitely. and at least 80 MOC if i could afford it

okay I saw the one you mention and just got a Yellow bubble MOC one for 29.88 plus 30 shipping. I just put in a stink bid trying to push the guy bidding before me up to $30.00 and ended up winning at $29.88. It was really weird.
Esepcially since I have seen him go for +$80 more than once complete loose (I don't know the shipping on those auctions either, I'll assume it wasn't free).
I mean yes the bubble is yellow, but that just makes him all the better to open. Though I might keep him sealed if the bubble is sill strong and only yellow, at least for awhile until I decide damn i want him loose

thats wild, i wonder why they would even have changed something like that? the only reasoning i can think of would be that the mast mold for the 1st got destroyed some how (i heard of this happening to some japanese vinyl toy companies during the recent japan earthquakes), and they had to make a new one? i have the one on the left, and thankful for it. i like it more than the one on the right. i do want to take this moment to add that the conan head is by far my favorite head sculpt of all the motu-style remco figures. that has nothing to do with this thread, just wanted to add that...

Ok, thanks for the input. Yea, I also like the the "sash" belt on the left, I wonder why they even made the " straight crosshatch" belt, weird! I have the Remco Conan sets in both of the variants. The COnan head sculpt is really nice! Remco made some nice figures bakk in the day! Remco rules! i wonder which one is scarcer? If, the molds did get destroyed, then the belt one the right, should be scarcer? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Thanks guys!
