Anyone have a Runnings store or is still call S&S where its a store that mostly sells farming supplies and some normal stuff like clothes and candy and pop/soda.
Back in the mid 1980s they sold Star Wars figures and whatever else.
Nowadays its bunch of stupid crap like farming toys and native american figurines and Monopoly knock offs like Catopoly

I had some pretty kick ass die cast tractors and farm equipment when I was a kid. It's no different than playing with a dump truck. If your a kid on a farm you probably think it's pretty cool to have your own tractor that looks like dad or grand pas.

I had some pretty cool farming toys! My granddad worked at an International/Ford farm equipment place when I was a kid and scored me some pretty cool stuff! I still have a few pieces that he gave me back then. The prize of those, an International pedal tractor that i restored with new paint and a new decal set. Really sweet! My wife who usually hates all my stuff like that actually liked it so much SHE requested we display it in our den by the fireplace. Talk about a shock!!

AGCO (major producer of agricultural equipment) was a client of mine for years. I have dozens of their limited edition die cast tractors, sprayers, and harvesters in my office.

Most little guys like heavy equipment like construction vehicles/farm equipment in my experience. I loved my hand-me-down tonkas. I think basically if you had it as a kid you have fondness for a toy, no matter what it was.
