I've been on a Kenner Turbo Tower of Power kick recently. Acquired a couple of Six Million Dollar Man Steve Austin tower & cycle sets(one with the original box), three of the bikes, one of the tower & car sets(with the original box), a single car(also with the original box), and three of the Jamie Sommers rider figures. Those things bring back a lot of great childhood memories. I'm always on the lookout for more stuff from this line.

I saw this thread and couldn't pass it up.
I LOVE comics and have been collecting primarily Marvel titles but know the basics around the DC Universe as well. Image books I have randomly checked out have proven to be fantastic as well. I like variant covers on books that I love, such as Dark Avengers #1.
I also used to collect (no laughing) Pokemon cards when I lived in Japan, so I have a substantial amount of Japanese Pokemon cards in addition to my English collection. Some of the cards came from this odd vending machine where you'd put in 200 Yen and a sheet of four cards (face down) came out and you'd peel them off. The artwork was super funky but I loved the variety on them and they are still some of my favorites.
I had Marvel fleer cards back in the day, and have seen sets of them at comic shops and have been tempted to purchase a complete set because the artwork is simply awesome on them for the most part.
Those are the items that came to mind right off the bat.
Thanks,
Jon (of aCBL)

I used to collect rocks, fossils, coins, stamps, board games, and Star Trek memorabilia. Now the only thing I collect besides action figures are trading cards that came with my action figures.

There was a post earlier about being a 'vicious circle of buying things related to what I like', that's me, in fact I don't even consider myself a 'collector' because that's not my mentality (and also some serious emotional baggage), I have my interests and everything I buy related to them. Themes in my stuff piling up in my house include - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sonic the Hedgehog, 77-era Punk, Murderers, Toys of all kinds but especially mini-figures and action figures, Counter-Cultures (Goth, Metal & Mod a specialty), Classic Sweets & Confectionery, Macabre Things (I have a lot of skulls, books on death, things like that, really want a coffin for a phone table - I am very odd), Dinosaurs, Ghosts, Cartoons, British TV & Cinema, Horror, Witchcraft, Retro Video Gaming and of course the lingering scars of my comic collecting days, everything from classic Superhero toys to books on the history of Erotic Comics - you never truly get out (as the abundance of Strangers in Paradise here proves, love that series). But you know what I'd love to have in my 'collection' - a Sinclair C5, because nothing sums me up better, a loveable British failure .
