I don't even care about the figures. I'm all about the horses!

I saw boxed sets called "Chariot Warriors" somewhere, sometime...too bad I'm an idiot who never keeps track of important info like that...I know the figures looked the same, but the horseys were robot chariot hybrids...also called Tekforce, apparently. I just got one of those a little while ago...stil waiting for it. Could these be from the same line...who knows without a packaging sample!

I can see the interest on Mer-Panda, because he's different, but I have to agree with lastchance2ownit on these.

This figure belongs to that Unknown figure line also. These guys are bow-legged so they can ride on their mechanical horses! Wish I knew the names! Attachments:

Damn! Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this mystery...this certainly is getting interesting. Looks like skullbooska's black and red guy. Do you own it, or is it just a picture...curious to know if it's limbs are rubbery, too.
I just know someone's reading this, wringing their hands and laughing maniacally in preparation to list a bunch of these on eBay and get rich quick!

I really don't understand the fireworks on these guys. For one, My guess is these are very recent. Second, not all that spectacular quality...
I've seen these listed in french and german auctions too. So let's go with 'western euro exclusive' for now. Though none have ever shown up in my country (yet)!

I really don't understand the fireworks on these guys. For one, My guess is these are very recent. Second, not all that spectacular quality... i agree! the quality looks horrible! this is similar to when browsing the toy section of a dollar general and you see a spider-man figure that is hollow plastic and shittily painted and carded as "Super Hero Action Toy." or any number of those cheap, fragile mexican star wars/thundercats bootlegs. i love the idea behind knock-offs/bootlegging, but not if the production quality is lost. makes me consider booting a fantasy-type figure, letting my son play with it for a bit, and then pass it off as an obscure vintage find. i mean, bootlegging is all about being shady, right?

I've seen a few carded and they didn't support names, they resemble "guerreros del manana" a little bit
They can also be found as ninjas or rambo ko's and many more variants

I like the little black smurf myself. is that a custom job or is that an actual line. Can anyone elaborate? thanks That's actually just a black smurf. One of the comics had all the smurfs infected and turned black and evil when they bit eachother. It's one of the better cartoon episodes as well. This looks like a bootleg from where I'm sitting, but the original Peyo Bully smurfs had the black one as well.

Yeah. It's a bootleg black smurf... I have the original somewhere but this is a European bootleg... It's much harder plastic than the original and is sorta half assed in the quality department.

Okay...was inspired by Cat Stevens to do this... I can't keep it in...oh, I gotta let it out! Here's the name of these stupid things...ONCE, AND FOR ALL!!! There...'tis done! Now I know about the concept of keeping obscure lines secret for various reasons. I sure hope no one comes to hate me for doing a reveal on these, but T.F.B.! I could wake up dead tomorrow and take the secret to my grave. Listen to me...as if anyone cares about these besides me. I did do a blurb on these over at he-man.org, but there wasn't much fanfare over 'em...no one singing their praises...no zillions of amazed responses to the thread...nuthin'...one or two guys said something and one guy asked to buy 'em. Eh...no...I love 'em too much! I figured I'd spread the love. These guys are indeed from Spain. I strained myself trying to research these and the company that makes 'em: Juyba, but no dice. I guess I expected a "story" behind 'em...but like most MotU knock offs, they are just seemingly random, lovable hunks of crap I and a few other weirdos seem to really dig for some reason. Now, Jinetes del Espacio could mean "horsemen from space" or even "space cowboys", but I'm sure it translates to "SPACE RIDERS"...roughly. These came in plastic bags with cardboard headers. I've seen the figures released with accessories on cards under a different name...which I conveniently forget...d'oh! I've seen this company's other work...Ninja Turtles knock offs, ninjas, other warriors like MotU knock offs, and even Marvel super heroes. I've even seen Juyba bootlegs. I'm diggin' this company's stuff, I must say. No, these are not the same from that auction waaay back when. I got these for much cheaper thanks to a few nice collectors who knew my interest in these. Whether or not I paid too much for these...is a total mystery! I could very well be the only schlub in the universe who gives a hoot about these boys and their horseys! Anyway, as far as I can tell...only three main horse types exist...all share the same body sculpt...an armored or robotic body with rubber heads and tails. There's the robot horse, the reptilian one, and the "normal" horse. They seem to come in many color variations...the exact extent is unknown. The riders have basic articulation...unlike the steeds who have none...just like Stridor from MotU! Rotate at the neck, waist, shoulders, and hips. Each comes with a codpiece or loincloth. Seems some minor color variations may exist. Aside from the four characters I have, and the winged helmet guy on the card header, I've seen at least two other that may very well be part of this line...a weird "chicken lizard" and a "tiki robot". The red guy is just disgustingly gorgeous...some weird drug-induced nightmare of design. What was the sculptor thinking?! It's this weird demonic gummi-bear with some techno-Egyptian headdress. Love it! Check out that leech-like mouth...ready for a big, wet kiss! The human dude is admittedly bland...the classic hero archetype of MotU knock off fame. Scope that eyeshadow! The blue vampire skull-spider guy is probably the Skeletor of the line...so that makes the red thing his Beastman? Of course, we have the snake man...staple of MotU and MotU knock offs all over...what KO line would be complete without the obligatory serpent man? WARNING!!! Incoming crotch shot...... Here are the two types of loincloths. Note the belt on the one seems to have a little face design on it. Can it be? Nah! Can't...but doesn't that look like you-know-who from Masters of the Universe and She-Ra...that guy...Hordak?!?! Hmmm...interesting! Oh, and because I've got nothing else better to do (well, actually, I do)...here are some nice shots of these ruff ryders all set up dorky-like for ya. Yeeeeeee-haw! Ride 'em space cowboy! So there you have it...for the most part, mystery solved (for the few who may care). Bein' a jerk and revealin' secret obscure toy lines is mighty hard work...makes me powerful hungry, so gotta vamoose. Anyone can rustle me up a few more of these...I'd be much obliged. Rio-Blast needs s'more target practice! Adios muchachos! HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU!!!

heres the "Space Hero" figures I have. The he-man-esque figure has the same mold as your guys but the turtle knock has that mummified/wrapped body type that some of the other Juyba figures have. Man, can you only imagine the weirdass horse that the turtle guy would ride.

I am not sure what to think of these series. They have some great figures like the motuesque lizard horse, and the snake man. These would make them a great line in their own right, like The Other World. However, they also have that chinsy aspect such as the paint on the He Man guy's face, and the Lion-o like figure on the card from the other series. This puts them firmly in the amusing knockoff category.
That orange cougar guy needs a caption.

Utterly blank cardbackz then? Man the knock-offery of that double-bladed axe! Y'know when ya sit back n' look at it MOTU is pretty whacky in it's own right, then knock-offs like this pop up & the design concepts are just plain bananas!

Here's a "new" guy I added to my collection a while back yet just realized I hadn't shown off! Actually, it's a whole box set...enjoy. i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u568/countzackula/ETC1544_zps40c8c4b0.jpgNot to knowledgeable about this particular box set...kinda plain...when I first saw it, I assumed this might be an insert for another box, but you can see all the info on the one side. i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u568/countzackula/ETC1545_zps5b241468.jpgThe back is just stars again...hmph...so plain. i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u568/countzackula/ETC1546_zps00b8f51e.jpgBut who cares? To me, packaged displays are worthless. WORTHLESS, I say! I likes a-playin' with my toys anyhow. They've been loose and about for some time now. i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u568/countzackula/ETC1551_zps393d707f.jpgI have had versions of the snake guy and the lion monster, but the blue dude is a guy I've only ever seen once...until now! So weird. I wonder what the sculptor had in mind...if anything. I've referred to him/it as the "tiki-bot" for a time until I decide on a proper name. The other Jinetes del Espacio steed and rider packs didn't seem to have weapons until now. Oh, how I so adore Mr. Tiki-Bot! Here is his noggin sculpt for you to ponder. Neat, yes? Looks like some ancient mask or idol form some ancient Earthen culture with feathery wing ears. So, would you consider this a villain or a heroic character? Me...I made him one of the good guys since the headband fella and the Thor lookalike seem to be the only classic hero stereotypes in this line that I've seen so far. Oh, and you'll notice I I found out how to make pictures instead of links...hey, I just decided to try photobucket. I'm actually quite horrible with technology...so instead of fixing them, I kept them as an eternal testament to my own stupidity. One day I'll learn how to make it all work out nicely...then I'll probably croak...*sigh* So, you'll have to click on 'em if you wanna see the first four pics! Ha ha ha! A pain in the butt, huh?

That figure is definitely a hero. Then again to me most robotic figures are more heroic than villainous. Totally awesome, Zack. Before I saw the close-ups it looked like an alien fox with laser eyes. In reality its even weirder than that! Also those could be the best figure nunchuks ever, very cool.
