LOL.
I had this and sold it on eBay not long ago. With some effort I eventually ID'ed him and it is:
ALARMO the Slomin Shield mascot.
I think they must of been given out as promos or something.

i really want this guy for some reason. but only if i can locate him with the slomin' shield.
also, i notice some holes/slots in the abdomen. is he voice activated?

I have one with out the shield. I tried making one but it didn't work too well :/. Yes Rocklord the sound is irritating to say the least.

This is what I dug up online about him: Alarmo the mascot of Slomin's Alarm Company was offered as an incentive for purchasing a full alarm system from the New York company. The ad ran in New York Newsday, but the promotion ended January 15th 1998. There is no mention of a manufacturer for the figure.    |

I'm pretty sure they still have the figures . I traded my 2 yr old nephew for his for a bunch of He-Man a few months ago lol .

they pop up now and again on ebay pretty cheap, but never with the shield, so i always pass on it.
i thought about locating a number to sloamin' shield (if they are still around) and ask if they still had some figures lying around.
