Hi guys hoping someone can help me identify this toy line. They were made by Tyco in 1987. Its a little hard to see in the pic but his feet are like giant cars with 4 wheels per foot. Their maybe 8 inch's tall too. The one in the pic isn't mine (I found it on ebay a few years ago in a bulk lot) The one I have has the same kind of feet which is what i think these figures "gimmick" was and one of his hands is like a bear trap. Any help would be awesome. Thanks Attachments:

I've searched all over and I can't find any info on Rocket Racers anywhere. Anyone know a web page or something that shows the line. Though I wouldn't mind owning a few I would at least like to see some of the other figures on the line =(

So that is 3 of I have no clue how many . I passed on that blue on you have in that lot the guy kept re-listing and haven't seen one besides Snipes one that he picked up.

I had always gotten more of a super powered roller derby vibe from the characters. The figures themselves are constructed like a lot of the 80's (90's) fantasy lines-aside from the big wheeled boots that is. To me, the characters seemed to be more like super heroes or suped up athletes than robots.

Well that is a weird concept. I like it. Thanks for the share.

Tyco. Part of me thinks that only 6 of them were released. The 6 on the stickers. Here's a better version of the cardback too from one of my MOC figures.

Bear Trap looks like a messed up individual. He is my fave. I wouldn't mind one if you ever end up with some spares.

very cool line, wish these showed up more often. When they do, they are almost always missing their headgear.

These are great, I mean a messed up concept but original, and not crappily aplied. I can't remember ever seeing the whole 'choreographed and descriptive scenarios' thing on the card back of any other figure either - "HOT SHOT downloads a sandwich while TAIL SPIN hogs the bathroom" - or whatever.
Great card design idea.
Between these guys, Cadillacs & Dinosaurs, Gorzak and Crash Test Dummies, I'm starting to think Tyco once made some pretty snazzy figure lines.
