Those are amazing carded examples. First time iIve ever seen a carded Dethlor. Whose are those? Mine. They were on Ebay awhile back (at least I think that's where i got the pic from?). You don't remember? You were the 2nd highest bidder on 'em. ;D Those cardbacks are so cool! I wonder what the hole is for though.... So you could push their tukkis & release their magical power, of course. Ay yooooooooo.

i just got a speclatron figure in the mail. i have a few questions for those more experienced. the inside of the box when recieved was soaked! and being i don't know much about this toy line, i figured the figure must have cracked in the mail. after inspection, i learned that when i pulled the head off (which removed easily and without damaging it), the top of the torso had a hole, i am assuming used to fill up the figure with more water? does anyone know if these had a plug/cork to seal it? if so, and i obviously don't have one with this figure, any suggestions on what to use instead? plus, the dude is leaking a bit at the waist. any ideas on how to prevent that? this situation i am having is nice, though. its one of those learn with experience moments.

Ive had similar problems with all the ones I've owned and with the two I still have. Ive carefully used clear caulk on mine. Probably not the best idea, but it prevents leaks and keeps them filled. Plus, if you do it with caution and only caulk the holes, it doesn't effect articulation movement and if ever needed, you can remove it.

I would also use saline solution possibly instead of water . It wont get gross and look like dirty fish tank water . Shuptrine had put me hip to that being a way to go possibly.

I bet the winner will have to W8 to get paid if the person I think won it . I love that guy and always call him Maestro being no one knew his name at one point. I like this one a tiny bit more though.

Ooh, cool...never saw that guy in gold! Any chance we can see the back of the package?
Was gonna bid on that Speclatron auction you guys were talking about, but I know darn well I wasn't gonna win...I kinda stamped this line with a great big "awww, screw it" stamp not too long ago...they always go for so much!

I actually posted that I would never get into this line, but I might be hooked. I had to snag this Venim and his cat companion. Got the two of them in a mixed lot of some Voltron and T-Cats stuff for 120 total. I had no idea he actually still has his fluid in him. Crap now I'm more worried that I'm going to break him and spill it everywhere.

Wow...see! You never know where these guys are gonna pop up. A true ray of hope you got there. Is this version of Venim silver? No offense, but hard to see in that pic.

I know my camera is so crappy. He's silver with yellow tint on his wrist guards and boots. I'm assuming that those body colors came with the packs of jaguars/panthers. His head is primarily silver too. I've never seen a regular version so I'm not sure what his normal color would be.

Here is the regular ones. T he picture is 5 or so years old so the collection has grown a little . I have 3 or 4 boxed like the one pictured, I traded the one pictured away . I think I have 4 different characters. They all have different names from the carded ones just as sticker on a generic box. I hope they didn't do them all in gold and silver like the Robot .

I know they did Deemin in gold. I used to have one before I moronically sold it maybe five years ago. Sigh.
Edit: whoops, there's a gold deemin above!

Awesome collection man! That Deathlor looks awesome! Upon closer inspect, this guy's boots are in fact entirely yellow like the other two 2-pack versions. I wonder if they did 2-packs of the two good guys (Kandar and Hero)

New to the site, but have red for awhile. I love the speclatron figures and have been dying to own some for awhile now. Thought I might finally have my chance with a Venum figure posted on Ebay, but just missed. The prices keep climging for these guys though. The Venum figure with his silver panther sold for almost $230... Think it's going to be awhile before I add even one of these to my shelf. But without this site I wouldn't even know they exist.
