Great sale this week on Marvel Universe and Spiderman figures at Target, these figures are buy one and get one free. They are also discounted at 6.99 each and if your lucky maybe Wal-Mart might match this deal and I tried today but they wouldn't do the get one free thing.
Targets around here were busy this week with the clearance shuffle. I saw a new clearance isle at 3 Targets. One store had the Star Wars Landspeeders and Tauntauns marked down under $18.00. I think they were originally close to $25.00 each. The price could go lower still. I will also watch to see how low the latest Pirates of the Carribean figures will go. They are currently at 50% off. . There were some random Lego sets at Target and Walmart that are 25-50% off now. . I am hoping to find some of the Pursuit of Cobra Gi Joes at Ross soon . If anyone spots some, please let us know.

Oh yes it's the time of year to watch the Target clearance sales and pounce once they get past 50 percent off or more. So far the stuff around my way has started at 30 percent off and I'm waiting for better deals. I have yet to check Walmart but in the past Target has always had the good grabs.
Walmart in my area, right now has a wave of Clone Wars ships on clearance for $10 each - Anakins Satrfighter, Seperatist Droid Gunship, Mandalorian Assault Transport and Republic V-19 Torrent. This was over a week ago, so pickings may be slim, especially with the post-Christmas reset.
On another note, Giant Tiger has a different assortment for $15 each - Cad Bane's Xanadu Blood, Vulture Droid, Obi-Wans Starfighter and Republic AV7 Mobile Cannon. The sticker said $20, but they scanned in the UPC and they came up $15. Also for $15 they had a few battle packs - Cad Bane's Escape and Assault on Geonosis.
Also looks like Walmart has rolled back the Thor movie figures to $5 each and $8 for the deluxe ones.

I believe this week TRU is having a buy 2 get one free sale on Star Wars and Transformers stuff. It's good timing cause the new stuff just came out but the TRU around my way has all their figures at 9.99 each which only works out with the vintage stuff really for somewhat of a deal.
That is awesome that you can buy a Quinlan Vos and Darth Maul at TRU and get a free Darth Sidious.
You can also print a "buy one Star Wars guy , get one free" coupon from hasbro's web site . You have to log on with an email address and download a small coupon printing program. It took me 5 minutes to do and the coupon is good until sometime in march.:
Ica Maxi here in Sweden, at least the store here is selling Clone Wars figures for 119kr(17.6$) instead of 169kr(25$) that pretty much all other stores take. It's not a clearance, but it's note worthy cause clone wars are so damn expensive here.

My nearest Super WalMart has three isles crammed with last years toys and NONE of them have been discounted yet. I've been price checking the MU Sentinel every time I go there and it's always $40, which may be a small discount but apparently some places have marked it down to $20. Meanwhile the newest re-stocks have been selling very well, I must live in a heavily collector-populated area.

Tomorrow is your last chance to cash in on the 10 gift card when you spend 25 or more on the GI Joe Retaliation or Dark Knight line at TRU. Definitely a deal worth taking advantage of if you shop at TRU often.

I'm not really reporting a sale this time but one of the worst price hikes I've seen and this was at my local Target. I found most of the single carded action figures to be priced at almost 11.50 each! Thank goodness they had nothing new to pickup and I hope they don't for a long time now. Anybody else notice this price hike around your way?
If anyone is looking for a Star Wars TFA X-Wing but find the price a little prohibitive you may want to watch your local Wal-Marts as one in my area ran a sale on them and reduced them to $25. After they did that, they seemed to go fast as there were only two left in stock from what I could see. Luckily, one of them was the Wal-Mart exclusive white and blue one that I didn't have.
