I think I put this question in the wrong place once already, sorry. In the early 80s there was a "nesting" robot where 4 or 5 robots all fit inside the other. the smallest was a small rubbery human I think. Does anyone know who it is, or have one for sale? Again I apologize for putting this question in the wrong place. I put it under someone else's post. I am a newbie here.

First thing that springs to mind when I think of nesting robots is Gardian from the Godaikin line, but that was only three robots There's other stuff such as Machine Dolphin or some of Takara's Brave series but I can't think of anything that has 4 or 5 layers off the top of my head.

Gardian did have a little rubber guy that went inside. Another similar robot was Baikanfu.

yes it sounds like guardian but that was a large metal and plastic robot there were many knock offs of guardian much smaller and all plastic-i had a red and white one.

The red and white robot was Baikanfu. KO's of that toy show up on Ebay all the time, or you can get the "Gordian" KO of Gardian pretty cheap as well.
