Oddly, the ones I got, were came to 4 dollars total. The loose ones were about a buck or two total and the carded was 2 dollars. The guy had the other three but I only had 2 dollars left for one, so I got the one I didn't have.

Were these not given away as McDonalds toys back in the late 1980s? I think I remember getting the car and the space ship on the left side of the pic from their?

We never had a Mcdonalds in my home town at the time, though I remember getting a few of these when we went on a school field trip to a larger city and hit Mickey D's . I think they maybe came in a small unmarked box or something? I have a bunch of these loose kicking around somewhere.

I think they were sold as cheap gobot KO's in K-mart & Kiddie city, back in the day. Or I may have just forgot 20 years ago.

My guess is that after they had their initial run in the stores (on their original cards), Tomy probably sent all the extra ones to McDonalds to get rid of, who sent them out in a plain white box.

I paid $6 for mine shipped. I do see them listed all the time as Happy Meal toys, so there may be some validity in that. How 'bout that cardback pic, Spank? Hardees Go-Bots rule, also. Anyone remember the little space shuttle robot that came in cereal? I'd love to have a blue or a gray one. Someone hit me up!

That is a cool little shuttle Kyle, were there any other types of vehicles/robots that they packed in the cereal boxes or was it just the shuttle? Never came across them before.
