U.F.O Beverly Hills Cop The Howard Stern Show(IIRC, Stern was approached about this, but he said no.) Man From Atlantis Mod Squad(the TV series) Airplane! Clerks Mallrats Chasing Amy Dogma Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back Clerks 2 Battlestar Galactica(I know Mattel produced these and Majestic Studios are currently producing 12" figures, but a line of 3 3/4" figures with vehicles & playsets scaled to fit said figures from both shows are in order. There's enough characters from each show to fill a line that could equal ST, SW, & GI Joe.)

The 13th Warrior is another one. I love the movie and hey, viking figures are cool!

A critters Bounty Hunter with inflatable boobs would also be nice And I second 10Incher on The Beastmaster, it could have pretty neat figure. A NECA like Cult classic line of 1980's fantasy flick like the said Krull, The Beatmaster, Dragonslayer, Fire and Ice, Movie Conan, Red Sonya and forth would rock... And I'm sure such a line for 1980's action flick figure would also be nice : Chuck Norris as Lone Wolf McQuade, Stallone in Cobra, Tango & Cash, etc.

13th Warrior - never thought of that. I also love that movie - I saw Vladmir Kulich, played Bullywyf the Viking leader, out walking his dog one morning and got him to sign my DVD. I always thought he'd make a great Thor - he is huge in person.
Ditto on Beastmaster, Fire & Ice and Krull.

Anyone know if an acion figure line was released for Star Fleet / X-Bomber? I know Takatoku released some cool die-cast stuff of the ships and Dai-X (top of my wants list ;D), but was there ever a figure line? With stuff like BOTP/Gatchaman and Ulysses 31 out there I just wondered.

Here are my top shows that i would have loved to have action figures for as a kid -
V - gotta love the visitor spaceships & fighters, too cool.
Flash Gordon - i want a 3 3/4 inch Voltan with a sound chip! - 'Gordon's Alive!' ooh! and a Flash Gordon figure flying blind on a hawkman rocket cycle.
Police Academy - i know there are dodgy animated figures but i wanted movie ones. When i first saw the movie i grabbed a whole bunch of my Star Wars figures and repainted them as Police Academy toys. My Empire Strikes Back Lando figure was painted black, had his cape removed and had a blob of yellow paint for a badge on his chest to become Moses Hightower!
Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers - this is a no brainer, can't understand why no one did it.
And i've got to agree with everyone who said - Last Starfighter, Highlander movie and Back To The Future - good call.

Wow! A Tor Johnson / Vampira as Ghouls two-pack from Plan 9 would be awesome! I want one! Any Hammer Studio would also be cool : Peter Cushing as Frankenstein, Chris Lee as the Monster or Dracula, Rasputin and so forth... One Million years B.C. cavemen and bodacious cavegirl packed with Harryhausen dinos would also rock. Buckaroo Banzai would also be a killer with his new wave edge and cool pack of friend and foes!

Plan 9 figures would be great. Gotta say I would go for some knightriders figures as well, so long as they came with the bikes.

I remember, as a sword and sandal movie fan, I always tought it would be cool to have figure from the recent Gladiator and Troy movie.
Ignite did a 12" roman looking like Maximus in Gladiator, but heck, real figure line or at least an entry in a cult moive figure line would be sweet.

"Tales Of the Gold Monkey"(a short lived ABC series with Stephen Collins) would've made for an interesting line.

I wanted them to make a giant Unicron from the Transformers movie. I figured if hasbro could make a six foot Aircraft Carrier then why not a six foot Unicron. I wasn't the only one either, a friend of mine tried to build one out of Construx. He drew the face with magic marker...it was the lamest shit I'd ever seen.

I still want 3 3/4 inch figures of the David Lynch DUNE movie. I love the look and feel of that movie to bits. I had an old catalogue that showed the old LJN Dune figures. Just not to scale, and for years I thought these were 3 3/4 inch and that would be give me the main characters at least to play with. I was crished when I found out they were 6 inch. My custom skills weren't that good so basically my Baron Harkonnen was a Star wars Dengar with Prune Face's cloak. I've come up with 40 different figures that could be made for this line, but it's never going to happen, I'm afraid. Not in the 3 3/4 property, anyway.

Beastmaster would be cool, but they'd have to have Flexatron bodies, no fancy crap. Reba too, as an X-changer.

I always wished they brought figures out for the old incredible hulk tv show from the late 70s and early 80s as well as the re-union movies. This was the show starring the late Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno (still in amazing physical shape today as he was back then!)

I forgot to mention in my last post, Salvatore now that you mention godfather trilogy which would be awesome, the sopranos would also make a really nice toy line. Imagine Paulie Walnuts the figure lol.

I used to love Riptide. I would fake sick for school, so i could watch it in the mid mornings while staying home. It used to run on the USA network in reruns.
