His name is Aquarius from the Turly Gang Line, hes a MOTU knock off, comes with sword, armour, and scorpion, scorpions tail has come off is he worth much to sell does anyone know? im not sure when it comes to these figures thanks guys I see he is missing a finger on the right hand. My best guess of the value would be somewhere around $25 to $30. The bug itself could make that it even fetches more those are real hard to find. To be sure you have to keep tabs on ebay to see the prices for them being sold there. Usually the average of a few sold auktion give a good estimate.

Turlies are cool & tough grabs, but they still fall short of the odd Euro redeco Galaxy Fighters, imo.

Someone wanna tell me the difference between Turlies Dragonius & Galaxy Warriors Dragoon? Accesories aside the only difference I see is, what, the undies colour? Red or green. Anything more obvious between the two?

For some reason, I really love these figures! DOes anyone have a moc pic of Satoh, aquarius, and Ork + spider? That would be cool.
P.s. Toywalker, that Black suit Baltard you have in your collection is a Turly-Gang also, if you didn't already know that?

When did this line become so hot and who started the craze? Some of these figures are very cool and imaginative but I am wondering what all the rage is about. Is it the fact that they are rare?

I think I came off wrong. I didn't mean to be offensive so I apologize for any misunderstanding if I hurt anyone's feelings. It's just that these seem to be a pretty obscure line and don't seem to be the sort of toy that was very demanded in its day. Therefore I am wondering when they started to become popular and so very collectable. I think that any toy has a pretty long span of time before they become "collectable" and I was wondering when these started to become "hot". I have noticed that these figures seem to be common knowledge among many members and a lot of positive responses to threads as well. I am genuinely curious as to the story behind their rise in popularity.

Alot of peeps have not heard about them because they were released in Germany and surrounding countries, Hence the German card. What do you mean by Hot? There are like 5 people commenting on these! SO, so hot!

Lol, well I usually judge the "hotness" of something by it's market value so yes I would say these are "hot" since loose ones on ebay are selling for upwards of 50 dollars. This price tag leads me to believe that there must be some sort of demand for them. My use of the word "hot" seems to have an undesirable effect so let's just say they are "in demand".

Yes I can see that as well...saying "ok buddy"... is like a cock puffing out its chest looking for a fight in the ring...
Now back to the discussion at hand these guys stink, the suck, they are are stupid (almost as bad a heman with a green beard, but i would like to get a few at some point as they are cool, neat and the blend between the two lines is to laughable to pass up! ;D ;D

Is it the fact that they are rare? hey, you sure the baltard in the black suit is turly gang? he didn't appear on the cardback. I thought he was one of the european wrestling champs bootlegs/KOs. he looks different to the one in your collection. mine's got a sewn eye, as you can see here

I guess you're right here, they're hot due to the simple fact that they're just (very!) rare. Actually the coolest figs from that line have the same molds like galaxy warriors/fighters, so you could also go with them as a collector. but knowing, that the turlys are even more rare, makes them even more collectible. this is at least how I feel. and, sure, being a kraut myself, it also brings back alot of childhood memories collecting them today. I had the turly gang figures when I was a kid. I can remember how I amazed I was, entering the toy store in the early 90s (after motu disappeared from the shelves), finding these motu look-a-like figures. I was just like WOW! they were just 3 marks, which was almost nothing back then! the fact they're selling for $50 and more today is indeed crazy. Anyways, collectors're demanding it and they're willing to pay a lot of money for turly gang figures.
