need to identify these two figures. Someone has used them in a scale radio control truck. Let me know if anyone knows who they are. Thanks.

Hi, unimogrob14. I will reply, sharing some info on these, but it's generally etiquette to introduce yourself, get to know some members of this site, or just share a little bit of your toy interest before requesting IDs from Action Figure Archive.
The figure on the right is a Hot Toys True Type. Stylized after Taylor Kitsch. That should get you in the right direction.

Thanks. I recently got back into building R/C trucks. I was looking for a figure or two that would look good as a driver. The hottoys are 1/6 scale I believe. Too big for my truck. Going to need on e 7-8 inchs for my 1/8-1/9 scale truck. Thanks for the info.

1/8 I think is Play Arts Kai scale (9"). They have fugly joints and are way too expensive for what they are... maybe you could get away with a Mego-Style figure.
6" is nominally 1/12, so I think probably that's way too small, and 7" probs wouldn't look right either.
Mego style (8") is probably the way to go--affordable, decent amount of options, legs will actually bend correctly at the hips so that they don't look ridiculously splayed out sitting down.
And that's how posts get resurrected.
