I want this thread to be dedicated to The Clone Wars Ahsoka Tano CW44. This is for some reason my favorite figure. I don't know why, it just struck me that I want these when I saw the release. Ahsoka Tano had a short production run, it's rare and since production stopped the market value of the figure have doubled. A loose Ahsoka Tano now goes between 20-40usd and MOC reaches up to 60usd. I managed to grab 8 Ahsoka when they where produced(only 7 pictured). I bought all MOC then. I left 3 unopened and used the other 5 for display. These where bought from US and EU. So I wanted to check a bit more into differences. Now I've only checked briefly but I intend to check into it more when I have time. MOCS purchased from EU and US. No they are not on my bed . Of the ones I have I have discovered 2 COO variations so far. I'm sorry for crappy pics, I'll try to get better. I didn't expect it to actually be any difference at all, I assumed they where all just mass produced and sent away in different packages. But the difference is clearly visible. This is a bit interesting and I would like to know more if these where produced at different places why they didn't use the same molds. If anything else is different. First I need to sort out which ones are US and EU of the loose figures, so if anyone got an Ahsoka and know it's origin it would help a lot if I could know which COO it has of these 2, or if it got another one.

Cool figure I could never find one of those so just finding one would be nice. I tend to like rare items it seems When I first looked into getting my first Ahsoka Tano CW 44 I didn't expect it to be hard, I didn't think it was rare. I saw a youtube video when browsing Clone Wars figures, and thought that this one was very well done compared to the others. it turned out to be very hard, I wrote on several forums and had help from several forum members but none found any. I got the fighter and the robot first. I even went to a larger city(Linköping) trying to find one before I finally decided that it wasn't worth the effort and payed the large sum they went for on ebay at that time. When I had one I decided I wanted one Moc as well and I guess that's where I started trying to get as many as possible. It wasn't easy to get any of them, the EU ones was hard as hell because they where bought in the store here and it was who grabbed em first that got them. I managed to get 4 from the store and I think that was close to all they got(Sorry kids!), I knew that Sweden was getting the figures several months after US so I patiently checked almost everyday until one day I found 2. LoL it felt like when I was kid seeing them on the shelf. Even though Clone Wars are expensive like hell here, it still felt cheap I checked the store long after I had gotten those 4 but never turned up anymore and now they are no longer produced. I think these will just rise in value now, so I would suggest buying one now before they get any higher. I hope they make Riyo Chuchi one day.

Don't be so sure with the value rising cause Hasbro constantly uses the same molds over and over with slight color variations. I'm hoping they do this with her so I can get one.

Hopefully there will be variations, though you are thinking wrong with the value. You can not compare an earlier release with a newer. The newer release will not lower the value of the earlier. Since production of this have stopped, this will be a harder to get variant and in the end worth more. You could compare this to small head and large head Han Solo as an example, the earlier variant is worth a lot more then the later more mass produced. The one that is harder to get will be worth more no matter if it's just the coo that differ. But of course I could be wrong. I'm just basing my judgment from what I know of vintage lines. Though I think Hasbro made this rare on purpose because of their Galactic Battle Game, Wizards of the Coast does the same thing with Magic the Gathering cards, they make some real good and only release a few of them. Since they got the Galactic Battle Game going I think that is the main reason why this was rare already when it came out but to further speculate some to why the shelves where never full of Ahsoka Tano CW44 but there where loads of the newer variants of Anakin and Obi-Wan. It could be that the earlier much worse Ahsoka Tano releases didn't sell well and therefor this got a low production. Kids might also prefer the male characters more and the little girl gets left out. Though there where a lot of Shaak Ti that I can't imagine being more popular then Ahsoka. Maybe CW44 breaks easily, it sure does look easy to break. This isn't what this thread was about though, if anyone could help me out with an Ahsoka Tano CW44 COO either US or EU release it would help out a lot Edit: spell check and added some

I have to admit that I am paying more attention to Ahsoka now. I don't own a toy of her yet. It has been a while since the figures in your photos were in stores around me. I am looking forward to buying my first Ahsoka when she is released in the Vintage Collection later this year.

I am looking forward to buying my first Ahsoka when she is released in the Vintage Collection later this year. I haven't followed the other lines like legacy and vintage, but I assumed that vintage collection where a re release on the old figures? Or is it just the packaging? Either way if it's the same sculpt I will get that one too Edit: Seems to be some cool stuff released this year I checked it up Happy for Vintage Collection collectors though I'm skipping this one Clone Wars get another one as well. But looks like it sucks to me, are the legs missing knee joints? If they are I'm disappointed.

Might have done something like this a couple of years back but it lead nowhere. Anyway this one will be a new fresh attempt to gather COO info about this figure, that is rather rare even though it came out in 2010. This is also posted on imperial gunnery because it have proven hard to get any info about these. Hopefully someone can help out. I'm trying to figure out the different COOs on Ahsoka CW 44. Been trying for a couple of years. However I haven't managed to find another person who have this figure and want to check the coo. I got 8 Ahsoka CW 44, where 5 is opened. I bought 1 from Canada, 2 from USA and 5 here in Sweden. At least that is how I remember it. 3 Are still carded and there is no way to see which coo they got, and I'm not going to open them. Thing is, of my opened ones only one have Hasbro China, the other ones have Hasbrosa China. When I bought these I just figured that they where produced in the same factory now days, but I was bit surpriced that there was a rather large difference. There is also a small difference in the pattern on the outside of the legs from the Hasbro and Hasbrosa. I will keep these for a long time, and since they are a bit rare I think it would be easier to find this out now, then trying to find out further ahead in the future. COO 1 has a larger "C" which is not complete. HASBROSA is very close to the knee joint. COO 2 smaller "C" which is complete. HASBRO is very far up the leg if measured from the knee joint. Using wolfs template because I'm so used to seeing and it works great It's a bit strange, even though I did open more figures from Europe then from USA and Canada, it still only is one of the opened ones that have the Hasbro China coo. Considering that it should be rarer atleast here, and I'm wondering if that is the figure I bought that came from Canada or the one I opened from USA. That would make sense, and the Hasbrosa figures would be from Europe. But then again, that would mean that either USA or Canada would have the Hasbrosa thats the same as here. Difference between European card and American card. American card have a special offer to play Clone Wars adventures which I think I tried but was not available to play here even if the code was used. EU card to the left. EU card to the left. If you got this figure, I would really appreciate if you checked the COO and told in what country you bought it. Or if you got another COO, might be more of course. So far all I can find is that HASBRO SA is either South Africa or located in Delémont(Switzerland).
