Apologies in advance to the mods who'll have to correctly categorize this post, I was sure I'd seen this figure lurking around the Sports Figures Section but had a hunt and can't seem to find him on here.
I didn't want to cram up the ID section just for this guy;

He stands a little under standard KO height (Tiger Bro for comparison), waist arm and head poseability only. Sure I've seen him on here...
