They were supposed to make a The Lord of Darkness from the film "Legend" Did they ever make this? There were a couple versions of this character made. * Movie Maniacs by McFarlane Toys 2002 (later re-released without accessories) * Now Playing by Sota Toys 2006? The 'Now Playing' Lord of Darkness looks to be a lot nicer than the McFarlane version (no surprises there), it includes sound samples from the film. I think they can be a bit of an expensive acquisition now. Shoulda' picked one up when I saw it cheap on the rack at my comic store - story of my life ;P They did make them then I will have to look them up Thank you

I hafta throw one out that I am surprised hasn’t actually been made (afaik). Lone Wolf & Cub aka Baby Cart aka Shogun Assassin. How great would that be in action figure form?? The cart alone with all the pop out blades and gimmicks would be awesome!

The cart alone with all the pop out blades and gimmicks would be awesome! They did make a 12" one a while back (2001), but most people still customize their own version on account of the $300 pricetag which never seems to drop. I don't think the figure went the full deal with the secret weaponized baby-cart either, just a standard Sunday driver baby-cart.

Wow, that is not a great price! The older sixth scales are kinda primitive anyway compared to modern figures. The joints were kinda Mego-esque and the sculpts and paint apps have evolved so much since then. I was thinking more along the lines of something in the 6” scale like Articulated Icons or some kind of 1/12 mixed media figure like Palm Empire figs or like Damtoys are starting to get into. The Palm Empire samurais that they recently revealed are off the chizzain, would love something like that. Palm Empire samurais

Anyone have figures they would like to be able to have but know they will likely never see the light of day? I would like to see Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi figures from the 1930s movies The Black Cat and The Raven. I would also like to see figures of Vincent Price from his AIP movie roles. I could probably think of others, these are just off the top of my head. I saw on Monsters In Motion a model kit of Karloff from from The Black Cat was made but with the state of the action figure collecting hobby as it is I still don't see any of the figures I mentioned being made.

spockoda I’d imagine with as much crazy stuff that’s come out in the past 20 years from properties no one thought would ever get the toy treatment that you can never really discount the notion that anything would show up in some form. Never thought there’d be Clockwork Orange figures, now two companies are putting out Alex figures. Less and less companies seem willing to run the risk on pre-70s horror though, but interesting stuff trickles out now and then... occasionally in very pricey formats like sixth scale. I was just wondering why, in a world where even Beta Ray Bill snd Batroc the Leaper (though he probably got a boost from appearing in Winter Soldier) have figs, where in the sweet bloody hell are some Squirrel Girl figs?!? She’s bound to go mainstream in the next couple years and will almost definitely get her due, but the waiting is killing me. Hell, there’s several Gwenpools available now, so it’s not out of the question.

I would even like a Bela Lugosi or Boris Karloff figure in the Reaction figure format.

Kinda doubt they got his likeness rights though, but maybe. Karloff also had the One: 12 Frank last year.
