I was looking around on feebay the other day, and found one of the coolest action figures that I have ever seen. They had a 3 3/4" Freddy Krueger figure (G.I. Joe style). Looking around a little further, I found that these are custom figures, and there were several different characters from classic horror films that are being produced. Here is the link to the blog: www.strangekidsclub.com/2012/02/17/freddy-kruger-and-snake-plissken-join-the-cast-of-g-i-joe/I am a child of the 80s, and have a soft spot in my heart for both the old 3 3/4" Joes, as well as classic movie monsters (Freddy, Jason, Myers, etc.). The fact that someone put these two things together is amazing (IMO)! I really would like one of the Freddy figures, but I might be trying to spring for some of the others as well. If anyone knows where these can be purchased (aside from feebay), please let me know. I would love to own some of these!

I'm especially fond of the ones where the packaging is the selling point. That Frank Dux would look awefully weak outsie of his package.
Snake Plissken was my favorite.

I'm pretty sure Mezco released at least one wave of horror figures in 3 3/4 inch scale a couple of years ago. I had found Freddy, Jason, and Leatherface at TRU. Not bad...but ended up parting with them. Sometimes the 3 3/4 inch scale can drive you nuts!

Damn! These are awesome. I would had preferred them loose with card separate, so I wouldn't have to destroy the great card artwork. That guy has got some skills.
