I picked up a collection recently that included a lot of the Super Naturals figures by Tonka. I filled in some holes in my collection and replaced a few with those in better condition, however, when I came to Burnheart I noticed there are some differences in the way the two figures are packaged. "Burnheart A" is packaged with his helmet visor in the upright position. "Burnheart B" is packaged with his visor down. Burnheart B's colors are also a little glossier. The comic is also missing from B's package. Both are dated 1987 and are made in Hong Kong. I realize the missing comic is probably just a factory error, but does anyone know which packaging style came first? Were they produced in two different plants? Is one more rare than the other?

Sorry man, not really sure, never really followed the MOC stuff for the line. Got most of my collection all loose in 1 bag at a local flea market.

Not that this will answer your question, but I've always loved SuperNaturals and never find enough info on them. I always thought of them as a hidden gem of a toy line from back in the day.
I did enjoy this video though... a funny parody toy review:
