I'm not very picky about figures that have seen "action". I have over 8,000 GIJoe figures in my collection (been doing this for a while). The ones with pretty paint get the rank and file treatment while the beaters get vehicle or base duty.

8,000? That is a LOT of Joe figures.

As long as they aren't completely beat up I'll buy them. I'd love to have them all complete with accessories but if they're missing some its no big deal. I can get them cheaper that way and they look great with or without accessories.

I prefer only moc ones but I do accept loose ones as long as they have nice color. A weapons is a must

I can't tell you how many Beachhead figures I have seen with broken crotches. He is by far the worst. Couldn't agree more... Was thinking the same exact thing. Some of the other figures I often see with broken crotches are 83 Duke, Tiger Force Tripwire (not so much other variations), Cobra Commander 87, but Beach Head beats them all by far. I'm not big on broken thumbs either, but I've never had that issue like I have with the crotches. Most broken thumbs I come across are from 82-83 figures.

I agree... for me, it's all about quality, not quantity. I like my pieces to be in top condition, perfect, no blemishes or chips. In my collection, I really prefer pieces in perfect condition otherwise it wastes my time. But hey, I know others might have a different opinion and that's ok

A fellow collector is really good at using green stuff and other goodies, so he repaired a Viper v3 thumb for me and actually not all the yellowing hurts my feelings at all. I do have some battle worn, broken figures which are rare (Crimson Rock Viper, AF Hunter, etc.)
