Yep, at least I think so. I bought both as twin packs in the 80's and while I can't remember if they were actually released under the Heroes name their weapons are the same as the astronauts and their construction is the same. The white/red set came with yellow guns and the black/gold with black.
I'm no expert, but I don't think it's from the Heroes line. The construction is similar so it could still be made by Hestair but this style wasn't unique to them. Arco used it for their Space War line and I'm sure there are others.
I can't shake the feeling I've seen her somewhere before, or at least another figure like her. The flat bottomed waist secton is really familier from somewhere

Cool Gort thanks for the info. I kinda thought she may be from another line, maybe Hestair, Arco or Nylint did a Western themed series. I would like to find them if they did. I wish WAFA was still a running site. It was awesome, info on all sorts of Western figures!
hi all new to the forum and ive started collecting the tiny tuffys figures had these in my younger days not sure how to post pictures of my collection though have some carded figures and boxed british and german soldiers
