Captainamerica! Great to see you posting. Have you guys ever seen the Intel Inside little beanie plushes? My roommate in college had one of these that he got at some convention and it was a very cool and unusual plush for its day. It looked like the people on the commercial who were dancing around in those reflective suits. I've only seen one other of these since I lived with him.

Been a long time coming but heres a pic of him....did anyone ever have or see or know someone who had one like this? Bear in mind, I've put knitted teddy bear clothing on him to protect his old body. His arms and long legs were a creamy grey - like inside his ears/inner 'antennae' and the torso is the same colour as his face and feet tips... This is my number one favourite plush of all time...I've had him since I was a baby, I named him 'Poochie', he's been part of the family since the mid 1970s. My late Father originally bought him for my elder sister. He was walking past a charity shop called Oxfam in Lemington Spa in the UK and stopped to look at this curious fellow in the shop window...he then walked on and was half a ways away when he turned back and went to the shop to buy him....that was about 1975/6...I liken him to the plush version of Dr Who, instead of a TimeLord hes a 'PlopLord' and the last of his kind...the teddy world runs parallel to our world in many ways don't you know.... Anyhow, if anyone knows anything about this toy do tell...maybe I'll finally be able to buy another one.

Very cool, btw.

Poochie told me to say 'thank you' - he's very cool indeed - especially for a 954 year old PlopLord on his last regeneration!

I almost scored a large (12") Q Bert plush to go with my 8" (brand new condition, with all the tags, as was the 12"). They $79.95 BIW, I probably shoulda taken it, but after no interest and no bids the last 14 hours I put a max of $60.50 (the opening bid was $56.95). I lost out by $1 at the last minute. Not a big deal, would've loved to have it, since they rarely come around with the original paper folding tag, but I know I will find another, they aren't SUPER rare.

Those are incredible BHW! My wife and I have a small collection of strange Plushes, most are advertising/drugstore: Pillsbury Doughboy, AFLAC duck, Fleet enema bottle, some internal organs, germs, Rhinocort rhinos, eczema beast, etc. We also have a couple UglyDolls and a few replicas of small plushes from post-war Japan. Thank you for your lovely compliment! I once saw those microbes/viruses plushies in a store; I remember the bed bug and the cold virus. They were very cute.
